I like to record local history and take many photos of shops, statues etc. Problem is the public think you are taking photos of them when if fact I remove people from the photos on the computer data base. Shop keepers don't like me taking a photo of the shop as well. With statues could the artist take action for copyright. Police leave me alone but 'security' keep bothering me. I am not using the photos for comercial reasons

What makes the value of the man's name of greater importance than the woman's? Makes no sense to me whatsoever in a time when we are striving for equality.

Even in a 3rd world country like Mexico, the child takes both parent's names then after age 18 gets to pick which one to keep.

This guy once said to me, "..that's in the Bible.." LOL OMG how illiterate can some ppl be? Just in case anyone believes that, IT's NOT. This is strictly a culture thing that it is high time needs to be changed.

I live in Kentucky and my child will be turning 18 next month. She will be going through her senior year in school when it starts back up but she just wants to run off and move in with some boy and not finish school. Is there any law that can help me protect her from her foolish decision to keep her here until she finishes school?

Remember when women had no rights? (in America) Remember when blacks had no rights?(America again) Now we are in a time when Gays have no rights. They can't adopt children, or get married. That is discrimination. What rights do the government have to deny people from living free in a free country. It seems to be religous to me. Wasn't this country founded by people running from a country that's doing the same thing this one is now?
What are your veiws?
I'm open to anything.

Many people occasionally work for money at home. For example, business owners hire their neighbors to stuff and put stamps on envelopes. Neighbors babysit for neighbors in their own homes. Licensed cosmetologists occasionally cut hair for money at home. Massage therapists may give a massage in their home. However, people don't usually get a business license or zoning changes to do this kind of thing. At what point does working at home become a home business? Are all these people breaking the law?

I'd like to know:
How do zoning laws and commissions feel about this kind of thing?
What do you think should be done?

Tenant / Landlord law says you have up to 2 years to sue a fomer landlord for not returning your deposit or last months rent...

HOWEVER if you have a WRITTEN CONTRACT with an individual you have up to 4 years to sue that person...
My question is:
Would a WRITTEN RENTAL AGREEMENT fall into the category of a Written Contract? ...therfore giving the tenant 4 years instead of 2 years to sue?

She also says staying in foster care is not a option, is this right? Can't i make my own descisions, now that i am 15, is it right for her to try to force me to go down to live with people i know i dont want to live with?

A fetus is growing, and moving, so there's the first charisteristics. Reproduction comes later. And since ALL LIVING HUMANS(unless your illegal) are granted the basic rights, Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, by abortion we are breaking the fundamentals of the constitution. Thats the science side of it. Now I'm going to the theological side of it. The bible states that God knew you before you were born. That means that you have a soul. And anything with a soul must be alive. Now, can anyone tell me why abortion is legal?
