I am not the type of person who sues at the drop of a hat. Some of the things I see on TV frustrates me because I think a lot of people are just money hungry and a waste of the courts time. But this is what happened to me. *Sigh* I am an insulin dependant diabetic and my doctor put me on a new medicine that is injected. In the starter kit he gave me, were also 8 hyperdermic needles. One of those needles proved to be faulty. I injected the medicine, as directed, and the needle just broke off of the syringe and stayed in my belly! They see it on X-Ray and CT Scan, and have tried twice to cut me open while numbed and awake, and have been unsuccessful. I now have to go in for real surgery. This has been a huge problem for me and I am seriously thinking of suing the manufactuers of those needles. I've been on insulin for years, and I've never had a problem like this. What do YOU think I shoul do?

Why can't I interfere in a society on a nother planet, but it is perfectly fine if it is on another continent?

Another question- Does anybody know how to build a phaser and a communicator from scratch?

By the way, since I am not supposed to interfere, don't analyze my questions, and start thinking I am from the future or something. Just give me an answer before it is too late.

My husband was falsy accused of a felony, 3 years ago. Since then the co-conspirator has come forth and told who was really with her when her father was robbed, and told why she lied. My husband recieved 24 years and she was released after her testimony. Her father now also states that the man that robbed him keeps threaten him, he also gave the name of the other man.(on a police report) Constitutional rights was violated repeatly. He had an attorney, but we found out after the fact that it was he first real trial, so he wasn't ready for that case. Unlawful inprisonment is the case in this matter. I did all the foot work, I have all the necessary paper work, We just need a mouth piece that is not scared to fight. I also have a notirized statement from the co-conspiritor.I need some help. All we ask is to be treated fair.
the girl went to the detective and recanted and they say that that's not enough to reopen the case, but it was enough to convict him. No physical evidence at all.

The doctor who prescribed the medicine says my chart is not available and he doesn't have to sign the records. He is trying to say I need to contact the physicians assistant who owned the building and business name for further information. He (the doctor) was the legal lease holder at the time. He is saying he was only an hourly employee. In Ohio the physicians assistant would not have been able to order or dispense the meds without a doctor present. The doctor in question has also been a paid speaker of Wythe (the drug company involved in the lawsuite)...sneaky huh? Also, is it possible to find drug ordering records? The doctors prescribing number would be on them. Any professional advice would be appreciated.

This is for an accident that happend over four years ago involving a girlfriend. I was not a witness to the actual accident, but did give some care for the victim after the accident.
I am afraid to speak or see the ex-girlfriend at this time.

The lawyer has already been spoken to about this, and is supposedly going to contact the client to see if I can be taken off this witness list.

Is there anything else I can do. I never agreed to be a witness at any time.

??

Drank half a can of this stuff before I threw it out. Just thought something was in the ice. I opened another can an took a drink. Same stuff - carbonated - smelled like paint. The smell could be a mix of some citrus something and the excessive carbonation. The company wants to send me some coupons and have me send what I saved back. I'm OK with that, but, I found 1 more can in the back of the frig. It has the same date code as the previous 2 other bad ones. It all was in a 12 pack. 9 good 2 known bad 1 unopened.

With the whole "Big Ben" controversy still ringing in our ears, I was shocked to find out that Arkansas and 12 other states do not require children under the age of 16 to wear helmets when riding their bicycles.

Over 85% of the people killed in 2003 on bicycles weren't wearing a helmet. I realize more people were killed on motorcycles, but isn't one death of a child or loved on on a bike just as important?

I will be contacting my elected state officials to propose such a law, and encourage all of you to do the same....

I am going to have a child 30 days before I am married to the father. Is my child a "bastard"? Do they even use that as a legal term anymore? My family is saying that it will somehow be recorded as an illegitimate birth and I am concerned over ramifications in the future. I would like to have a way to combat comments such as "Oh your child is a bastard, didn't you know?" and "Your child will never be legitimized".

People with disabilities span race, ethnicity, gender and geography and yet they are continually discriminated against.

In the United States, one in four people have a disability. Soon, with the baby boomer generation, that statistic will read one in three. One in three people in the U.S. alone who have a disability.

Yet they are not equal members of society?

Or they tell you that the return can be made upon reciept of a disclosed dollar amount?
