Sometimes as teenagers have to learn the hard way. Let them bump their head but as a parent be their to give her the bandage and never tell her I told you so.

Yes; the age of majority in Kentucky is 18.
No laws can protect her, just some honest conversation. Good luck!

You could contact a local lawyer and find out. The fact that she hasn't finished high school could be your ace in the hole but honestly I do not think there is anything you can do.
You have to let go and let her make mistakes otherwise how will she learn. You can't protect her and make her decisions for her otherwise she is going to have a hard time in life.

Well she will not finish high school..
I dont think there is even a law that could allow you to prevent her from moving out at 17 or 16 years of age..
You need to talk to her.

No, there is no law sustaning children in the home of thier parents until they are 18. The only thing you can do is give her reasons why you think this is foolish of her and then listen to her perspective, without butting in or being judgemental.

At 18 she's a legal adult and can do whatever she wants. You had 18 years to influence her and if it didn't work you have to let her go.
Give her the birth control lecture because if she has a baby that's when things really change forever.

well if shes 18, she can leave the house whenever she wants by the LAW...even if u call the police for her, they wont do anything cuz shes 18 and its her choice....but if u want her to stay home with u i suggest u sit her down and talk to her about the big mistake shes making by moving in with some guy

At 18, she is considered an adult, even though she is not fully matured. I can imagine your anguish over this problem, and know it's breaking your heart. The only thing you can do is talk to her, and try to get her to understand the mistake she will be making.
Kindest Regards

Unless you can prove she is incompetent (unlikely), she has the same legal status as you.
18 is the age of emancipation in the US and she will be an adult for all intents and purposes (other than drinking alcohol).

I think by law she can leave and quit school at age 16. But don't tell her that. She'll find out the hard way how life really is.
