To catch illegals?

For instance....What if "Civil Unrest" becomes an issue and they decide to take your guns away to decrease violence. Will this be ok with you?

My father in-law paid 10,000 to get his brother out of Elizabeth detention center after being caught by immigration for being an illegal resident. The bail as I understand it is to ensure he will come back to court when it was agreed. Now my question is: Can we request to get our money back and let them persecute him, or do we have to wait until the court day and his extraction from the country to actually get the money back. Thanks.

What if they start looking for illegals who are European or African? Will YOU be happy to be detained for DAYS maybe WEEKS while they sort out who's legal or not? Remember..Documents can be forged so they can't just look at your ID's and let you go.

Let the Mexican government put their own students through College. Illegals don't deserve any perks in this country because they are...
ILLEGAL!

Hi. For school, I need to write a speech on illegal immigration. I am pretty clueless to the topic, and am in need of research. Basically, the 'prompt' for the speech is "Immigration: Your Solution." Very vague, which is why I need some help to spark my speech and get me started. Any ideas?

Has the thought ever occurred to you they were speaking of CITIZENS that had been targeted because of their appearance? Or are you only thinking of two words in the story...illegal immigrants?

Is there one?

There is nothing I've read that includes their parents. So what seems to be the REAL problem with these kids joining the military or going to College?Seems to me people just think it's entitlement for their own kids.Maybe we should reinstitute the draft or be like other countries and demand 2 years military service for ALL citizens. You know...step up and do YOUR part type of thing? Should we do that?

Because once they get the dream act, they will get financial aid and a free ride. It's not about education or a path to citizenship, it's all about the freebies.

What is the likelihood that the people who complain about illegals would have a hard time passing the exam?

I know the exam is usually 5-10 questions, but if they made everyone take the exam (100 questions), what would the score be?

Ok If the goverment was to pass federal laws making it a crime for an employer to knowingly hire an illegal immigrant and a crime for a landlord to provide housing to aperson they knew was an illegal immigrant.

Now with this law there would be mandatory fines imposed on anyone violating these laws. Anyone knowingly hiring an illegal would be fined 10k per illegal they are caught hiring. a land lord would be fined 10k also.

By knowingly I mean that they hired/Rented to someone without proof of documentation that the person was here in the united states legally and for the employer with rights to work here.

If these laws were implimented and enforced it would make the benifit of hiring or renting to illegals go away becuase the risk would be too high and if it is true illegals are only here to work then they would have no reason to come becuase then there would be no jobs and no housing. It would take care of the illegal immigant problem. Then we could work on a guest worker pgm

I was born in Australia in 1985 so I automatically have Australian citizenship. However, my mum is a UK citizen with only permanent residency in Australia - not Australian citizenship. She came to Australia with her parents (both UK citizens) at the age of 9 back in the 1950s. She has lived here ever since.

I know that I should be able to get UK citizenship because of this connection, but I am not sure how to go about doing it.

What are the web addresses I should visit?

I want my UK citizenship because I'm in my final year of university studying to be a teacher. I know there is a shortage of teachers in the UK, particularly in inner London (though I'm happy to go anywhere theres a need). I may wait a year or two to get some experience in teaching before I go overseas. However, I want to go to the UK to visit my cousins within the next year, and because I would be applying for citizenship later anyway, I may as well do it now rather than messing around with visas.

Thinking that the world's number one auto seller is Toyota infact Toyota has broken world records for the vehicle they make.

SONY is the world's number one Electronic maker and they are from Japan, their scientists are not Americans their engineers and scientists are Japanese.

I have seen SONY Headquarters in real life and I can tell you Americans are not Sony's scientists.

Nvidia the world leader in graphic card manufacturing is owned by a man from Japan.

visit that site and click on New York and then click on Tokyo and see how technologically advanced Tokyo is compared to America.

Japan looks like a Fantasy RPG for Playstation 3 when compared to America.

It seems that America less developed than Japan. WHo would of taught the great America is inferiour to Japan.

SONY SAMSUNG TOYOTA NISSAN HONDA (Honda civic is north american number 1 road car of 2007)

The list is endless but boy do I love to spit this one in america face.

Outsourcing to poorer countries for their cheap labor.Which has also closed many of their smaller companies. Here is a quote
FTA can hinder the growth of local firms and reduce their ability to compete or survive against large foreign firms, and this can result in the end in less competition. “Thus it would be prudent for developing countries to be cautious and not to rush into North-South bilateral or regional FTAs,” concludes UNCTAD

Do you agree with this quote?

I know theres alot of people that hate it but why? Listen to my story i was brought here when i was 2 illegaly and didnt know untill i was about 15-16. Ive studied here and worked here all my life. Im still illegal but go to college and have paid my taxes since i was 18 now im 21. Why dont people suppourt it. Ive heard people say that it grants us free college? wtf its a lie all it does is give us the right to do something with the degree we have earned. Its not my fault i was brought here when i was 2 and i do blame my parents!! Blaming them is not going to give me legal status here. I wish i could have entered legally here but i didnt have that choice. Most people who qualify for the dream act are in the same case as i am. We are all high school graduates and attending or waiting to attend college. We cant really plan our future because what do we do after we earn a degree?? We cant use it at a company. Dream act does have an age limit of 30. You need a h.s. diploma to qualify.

He points out that trade agreements signed since 1994 have increased the number of incoming shipping containers at the nation's ports from 1 million a year to more than 18 million today. During the same period, the number of federal inspectors responsible for ensuring the safety of imported goods has remained steady near 400."
