your question really is borderline to a federal violation of marriage fraud if she hasn't yet ha her parole lifted then she maybe deported as LORI K said next time don't lie to ICE your daughter is an american citizen in you shoes i would file for divorce ask custody for you child and leave the illegal ***** high and dry seen this many times and yet we men fall for it all the time

If your daughter is a US citizen would she not need a US passport, and don't both parents have to be there to register for a passport the first time?

Inform the authorities that you are separated, I would not lie or sign anything, you could end up in trouble.

Think about it? Why would she want her US citizenship and then go back to Russia with your daughter for you never to see her again?

If she was going to do that she would have left already. She wants to stay in the US that's why she wants these papers signed by you, she is using your child, against you, the lowest of the low for doing that to you and your child. Her attitude towards you will not change even if you sign the forms.

Don't sign the papers. Tell her she can wait till your daughter reaches 21 years old to sponsor her. And go and see a divorce lawyer

Since your a USA citizen and your daughter is also a USA citizen file for divorce and custody > Call immigration and ask them>Make sure you don't allow her to get a passport for your daughter>Get a lawyer or you might have a real battle>>Good luck don't wait till it's to late>

been there done that eactly the same.

She has an ancor baby she doesnt need you to get her papers.

What you can do it file papers whith the passport agencies stating that you do not give permision for a passport to be issued to your daughter. according to the law both parents must be in agreement for a minor child to be taken out of the country even if it is just for vacation. You can let the passport department you will not give permision and they can not issue the passport. all you have to do is show you are legally one of the childs parents.

Here is one of the problems you run into. She can go to her russian consolet and get a passport issued for the baby through them and there is little you can do. You can petition them asking thme not to alow it but it did me no good. She might not think of this so make sure you write the passport agency for the US.

If she gets a russian pasport she wont be asked for papers showing your consent to take the baby out of the country. If she tries with an american passport she must show proof of your consent to take the baby out of the country.

Good luck and the links below tell you info about the ;aws the second link talks about how their has to be two parents consent to get a us passport

Legal aid varies from state to state. But, in many legal aid will assist you in custody matters for little or no cost based on your income. Call them. Your child is an American citizen and you can legally stop her from removing the child from the jurisdiction where you live as well as national jurisdiction.

Just don't lie on your next interview. If you aren't living together as man and wife, her status won't be renewed. There's nothing you can do to help her so she can't threaten you. I WOULD suggest an attorney, however. She may flee with your daughter.
