1) The Dream Act is not asking the federal government to pay for the college age student's education. The students championing it are not from Mexico- your bias is showing.

2) It asks not to penalize children for their parent's choices. There are vast majorities of students who remember no other country but this one. In their minds, they are American. These teens thought the same thing too- that they were born here. It is usually at the time of applying for college they might find out that they are not here legally. Should they really be penalized for that, especially those who have not gotten in trouble, had no juvie record etc?
3) They still would have to meet either college requirements or military requirements for 6 years under a conditional residency. If they do NOT meet those requirements during that time, they would be subject to deportation.

I find it ironic that some of these same " kids" are the ones who are willing to go to the front lines and fight for this country because they believe in it while some who are born here sit on their duffs and just run their mouths and do absolutely nothing.

Sure, there are colleges in Mexico, but they are not free to the illegals. If this Dream Act is passed, then they will get to go to college for free and gain citizenship. They will be receiving much more than our legal children could ever dream of.

But Mexico is so great and good that to attend school there would sully it. I mean come on, to think that anyone should actually stay in there own country and do what ever it is that they want to do is oppression. (stop sarcasm.)

Well you see there are these traitors they are called The Elite and for a variety of reasons--mainly centered around wealth and power. They have determined that they need more of these illegals so as to dilute the power and wealth of the Citizens of this Republic and force us to acquiesce to their power grab. This dream act is just one more piece of an on going assault on the People of this nation.

There aren't any American taxpayers to pay for it.

The only color a college sees is the color of money. Until you can find something in the student handbooks that says "brown" people are forbidden from getting a degree in Mexico come up with another excuse.

In the short term illegal immigrants pay into the Social Security system which is almost bankrupt.

They also provide recruits for the military.

The Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors Act, or DREAM Act, is part of the stalled package of proposals that many in Congress are seeking to resurrect. The proposal, applicable to an estimated 750,000 undocumented residents of military age, stipulates that those who arrived in the United States before age 16, graduated from high school, and meet other qualifications could immediately enter the path to citizenship in exchange for at least two years' service in the armed forces.

Tancredo, Ron Paul, and Hunter have the most conservative voting records on immigration.

Of these three, Ron Paul has the best chance of winning the Primary election.
Paul's campaign has almost 5 times as much money to spend as Tancredo.

Ron Paul has stated that he wants very strong borders and he was appalled that our government had taken border guards off of our borders to send them to Iraq.

This is his six point plan:
Physically secure our borders and coastlines. We must do whatever it takes to control entry into our country before we undertake complicated immigration reform proposals.
Enforce visa rules. Immigration officials must track visa holders and deport anyone who overstays their visa or otherwise violates U.S. law. This is especially important when we recall that a number of 9/11 terrorists had expired visas.
No amnesty. Estimates suggest that 10 to 20 million people are in our country illegally. That’s a lot of people to reward for breaking our laws.
No welfare for illegal aliens. Americans have welcomed immigrants who seek opportunity, work hard, and play by the rules. But taxpayers should not pay for illegal immigrants who use hospitals, clinics, schools, roads, and social services.
End birthright citizenship. As long as illegal immigrants know their children born here will be citizens, the incentive to enter the U.S. illegally will remain strong.
Pass true immigration reform. The current system is incoherent and unfair. But current reform proposals would allow up to 60 million more immigrants into our country, according to the Heritage Foundation. This is insanity. Legal immigrants from all countries should face the same rules and waiting periods.

Now in NY (God I can not wait to leave this sorry state) They will be giving these pieces of crap that break our laws Drivers licenses.

We need a President that will round them all up and march them home and close the borders.

Let them go to amigo school in mexico. That is where they belong, NOT IN AMERICA.
