Immigrant, married to a united states citizen with an infant child, was being held on a charge of possession of canibis under 20grams with intent to sell, which was reduced to simple possession. He is set to be sent back to his country at some point this week, as he was moved bak to the Chron Center. Will he ever be able to return to this country. (a lawyer cannot be obtained..$$)

I sure hope not, we need to send all criminal immigrants home. We need to understand this world is overpopulated, and only the best should be allowed to come here. Selling drugs should automatically get you booted out permanently.

yes I meet a guy in the Philippines with similar stuff. He was told one year then he can apply to come back to USA. I dont know why he wonts to go back there but it is his life.

We don't need immigrants like him sucking up resources in this country. He would do well to stay in his home country.
