I have a boyfriend from Mexico and I am thinking about buying an online program to help explain the process of getting his 90 day visa for engagement and then trying to get his full social security and citizenship when we are married. Any thoughts or suggestions on any other easier ways?

hi,
I am a doctor from NEW jersey who just recently moved to Maryland.
i have all the necessary documents with valid passport and visa papers, proofs of residence in MD but still refused a drivers license in state of Maryland saying documents are incomplete. I have friends in other states who have been granted drivers license with the same papers, then why am I refused. My immigration lawyer said my papers are complete and no additional documents are required as proof for approval of license. What should i do now? Do you know of any good lawyers.

Let's say that my neighbor and I are up for the same job. He gets it, I don't. If my neighbor then fixes up his house with his new income and makes it worth ten times what mine is, does that give me the right to set up camp in their basement and begin living there? Wouldn't that be fair? After all, I had a chance to have that job and the nicer house, but he took it from me.

Isn't this basically what the Mexicans are saying? They lost the war, we got the land, and now they want it back along with billions of our tax dollars.

I'm very confused on how this turned into a racist term. Since most people saying this is racist are Mexican, I'm going to use their nationality in my point. Let's say a Mexican breaks into your house and robs you blind. Are we saying this is illegal because he's Mexican and we're racist, or is it because he broke the law? Just curious on your thoughts.

I`m sure there are reasons why this won`t work I`m really not up on my history of U.S.& Mexico.BUT Why can`t we help mexico make Mexico a better place to live where citizens can prosper and stay there. I think they only come here to make a decent living. It might cost the US some money but this problem is not going to go away ever and cost to much to so called secure the border that we will never comlpletely be able to do.I don`t mean move our jobs there I mean help them build their economy up to be able to supply jobs for themselves. I`m sure if it were this easy this would have been mentioned by now .I admitt I am ignorant to this subject so enlighten me why we can`t do this

Okay.
Then can we sign you up to get out there and build our infrastructure? Highway construction? Maybe a nice job out in the orange fields?

I'll assume all the people screaming for immigration reform will be willing to head out and do the work themselves.......

I was rejected a b1 visa during december '05. I had to go to US
for training but, I guess the officer was doubtful and I was rejected
with "potential immigrant (214(b))" clause. My company have applied for a
premium L1b individual in this year as I have to go there and handle a project. Is my b1 rejection going to affect this one?

what to tell to the visa officer if he asks why ur visa has been been rejected last time?.pls give me advice

When you give me your answer please try to make it as rational and logical as possible, and please avoid doing any of the ff:

1.) making insolent attempts to put one race above another. You know who I'm talking about... Race means nothing to me in this issue and I hope its the same for you.

2.) using irrational references to the pilgrims, Native indians and the 19th-early 20th century Irish, Germans, Japanese, etc immigrants. Why? because this is the 21st Century, not the 17-19th centuries when colonization and mass movements of people were still fashionable.

3.) using "its stolen land" arguments. Why, because if one thinks about it all nations today are built upon "stolen land"... It's called conquest and war. (I may not like it but what can you do...Another war?)

4.) using the pity "they're poor and deserve to come in" argument, because worse criminals can say the same thing ("I'm poor so I have to steal/kill/rape/murder").

Do illegals deserve the same amendment rights as American citizens and things like free school, free welfare, free s.s.s., free housing . I don't beleive they do. I actualy see the system financially hurting bec there are no laws to protect it from invaders /parasites. I'm in a state right now that's so broke bec. they gave most of there fed money away to illegals and it's a republican state! They can't fund special ed programs and can't even bulid roads.
Keep in mind in most countries crossing the border illegealy is a gun shot to the head example China, Russia, former Soviet countries, Middle east. If they don't shot you, they throw you in jail for a very long time. Mexico is even worse on illegels you get robbed by there cops and raped and Mexicos non born citizen don't have any rights, can't vote and can't hold certain jobs. It's almost funny that most of our illgeals come from Mexico and they expect more rights than what they give there own illegeals and non born citizens.
