If businesses have to pay a higher wage, why would they settle for people that do not speak english?. And at a higher wage Americans just might do those jobs?.

So some folks (illegals mostly) are crying about us cracking down on Illegal immigration. Mexico isn't a place you want to be an Illegal in, America is a cake walk compared to how Illegals are treated there. It doesn't seam like anyone wants to discuss that little fact, when slamming us for our treatment of Illegals. You hear the illegals here scream and shout about a death or two at our boarder. They might want to check on the statistics of deaths of Illegals in Mexico, by Federal police there. Ask a latino from any other south AMerican country how he might be treated when he crossed into Mexico Illegally, or legally for that matter. Frankly you don't have any rights in Mexico even if you enter legally. I'm tired of undocumented mexicans here complaining about how badly they are treated by us and how is it we owe them anything.

In addtion, For the past 15 years, the U.S. government has imposed new and burdensome regulations on American employers and dramatically increased spending on border control. Despite those aggressive efforts, America's border policy has failed to stem the flow of undocumented workers into the U.S. labor market. Its a zero sum game with Mexico open up the borders is the only way to go long term.
CATO institute goverment angency doing the study. The costs will go up, and up trying crack down on the border more and more.

I am Chinese. I just started going to a private school this year, but I no longer want to attend that school. I want a chance at public school. The private school gave me the F1 visa. If I get out of that school will the school take my visa and make me illegal? How can I be legal in the country without going to that private school? Please help me.

Legal immigrants have health checks to come here, illegals don't...........

TB outbreaks afflicted schoolteachers and children in Michigan & Texas. The teachers and kids caught it at school from coughing children of Illegal Aliens. In Minnesota, policemen suddenly came down with MDR-TB. The cops caught it in their patrol cars when they arrested Illegal Aliens who coughed in their faces. Recently TB erupted in Portland, Maine, and Del Ray Beach, Florida.
The Queens, New York, health department attributed 81% of new TB cases in 2001 to immigrants.Apparently 66% of all TB cases coming to America originate in Mexico, the Philippines, and Viet Nam.
Leprosy now is endemic to northeastern states. There are leprosy clinics in New York City. Illegal Aliens & other immigrants brought leprosy from India, Brazil, the Caribbean & Mexico.

I was born in Mexico and i will be straight off the bat I came here ilegally,but you know what I have gotten my citizenship,I work and 8 hour job, and I care for my baby daughter and my wife. I still experience racism on a day to day basis, and it is the only thing i hear on the radio and see on the tv. I am fed up with the way things are going here should I go back to Mexico?

why is it when a illegal immigrant,claims to be under persecution
in he own county,he leaves his wife and children behind, comes across half of europe,the channel,to a small island,claim every benefit under the sun ,from a system which they never, paid into,, ,is it so you should go to your nearest, safe neighbouring county,, or is it the boys at the top find it cheaper to pay,out benfits,,,,taxs payers money,,to grain a large cheap labour market.....................

This is a two part question:
1.)A buisness owner must pay employee taxes. If the employer did not know the the SS# was fraudulant, who keeps the unclaimed tax money paid by the employer and the taxes taken from employee checks? I know that unclaimed social security goes into an account.
2.) If interest is accumulating on this unclaimed social security why is social security going bankrupt when there are millions of illegal aliens who are not claiming it?

Many tout that we should end illegal immigration. Since we depend on illegal immigration for cheap labor to build our infrastructure, pick our fruit, serve our food, etc....and since it is a fact that if that cheap labor pool disappears prices will skyrocket and markets will crash, how do you suggest we end illegal immigration without destroying our own economy?
