It's pretty cut and dry. There are rules to follow if you want to come to the US to live here, be a student, vacation, etc. If the rules aren't followed and you come here illegally, you have broken the law which makes you a criminal. I have NO problem with legal immigration. So what isn't cut and dry? Illigal means you have broken the law. Why should the illegals get rewarded for their ill behavior while other criminals get punished? Shouldn't anyone who breaks the law get punished?

Do you see similarities between Jihad,La Raza, and MEChA ?

They all preach to occupy America and destroy it from with in, to spread out and kill the white people. All three have the same idea, to accept their ways, their belifes, or be slain.

We have people entering America that hate us, and refuse to accept our values. They have all made statements about killing whites, and attempting to bind their vision of hatred to religion.

They say history repeats its self, will we see the birth of a new Nazi reighn ?

I am quite appealed by the answers the European guy who wants to become British got ...
I knew you British people could be rather touchy when immigration is concerned, but I did not know, up to now, that your racism might me extended to me.... I am French (living in Ireland, though, lucky you!). If I was to live in your country, would I hear some "froggy go back home" and the like?
What could we then say, us, poor French, Spanish and others, colonised by your senior citizens, who spend our social security money on their old limbs and weak prostates, who, in some villages, can't go to our news agent or bakery without earing Shakespeare language, who, if it goes on that way, might have to change our paella and cassoulet for fish and chips?
Note that I don't mind toooo much for the fish and chips ,nor for english speaking. I don't even really mean it when I talk of medical expenses, as I think it is just fair that we have a gentemen's agreement on the matter. But I do mind the racism.

I think so, and not just because you were born here gives you the exclusive right to prosper in this country, I am not saying open the gates but you need to stop your "mine mine mine mine mine mine mine mine attitud against all immigrants and I know what you are going to say "is only against illegals"....BS and you know it. Most and I say most anti-illegals are anti Hispanics and at least have the guts to admit it and then you can deal with it. He (he is a Peruvian native by the way, and not a resident of the US) married his second wife (she is also peruvian) in Peru two months before the judge finalized our (I'm American) divorce here in the U.S. He is now seeking a divorce from her, however, and is curious if he can invalidate the marriage by stating he wasn't divorced before he married her. If he does this, will he be charged with Bigamy? Would it be better just do go through the divorce procedure in Peru and not say anything about the other divorce not being final (he's the only one that knows, she doesn't)?

The great Stephen Colbert!
If anyone watched the Colbert report last night you would've heard him talking about that factory getting busted with tons of illegal immigrants, then they replaced those illegals with homeless people and prisoners. So if we were to send the illegal immigrants to prison for being illegal we can then just turn around and hire them legally for the same price... Right?

I mean if we send them back to Mexico, the Mexican government is just going to let them out to come back to America, and where is the AMERICAN JUSTICE in that?

The sheriff in Charlotte, NC is now reviewing all immigrant inmates in his jail to see if they are actually in the U.S. legally before they are released. So far, they have caught over 450 inmates that were about to be released for one reason or another, but now they are being deported to their home countries. I think it's a great idea, and this is one way to spread the word about it. Do you think it would work in your hometown?
