Supporting the plight of illegal immigrants has nothing to do with caring about our country - how do those two connect? I care greatly about our country, and I also know that immigrants - both legal and illegal add so much to this country.
Wranglergal - by making blanket statements like that, you make yourself look stupid having a different opinion from yours does not make a person ignorant, nor brainwashed.

Sarcasm aside, there's a difference between "supporting" illegal immigrants and trying to come up with a VIABLE solution (ie, not yours). There will always be some amount of "illegal immigration". There is no perfect solution.
OH, and just as a quick reminder, the reason that we even have a country is because of immigrants. The people that were here first, um, we pretty much wiped them out.

I think we need to secure our boarders and I think that illegal’s need to concentrate on making their own country greater but I in no way shape or form think anything like you you sick fu*k. These are human beings. Poor desperate people who want a better life. Don't talk of murdering people who for the most part aren't here wanting to hurt anyone but just wanting to elevate their station in life above third world status.

Overpopulation, for one. Anchor babies. Sucking up resources. Non-compatible cultures. Puncturing the melting pot in favor of balkanization. Lack of English skills. Third-world mentality and behavior. Expect to be accomodated rather than the other way around. Deterioration of of infrastructure. Damage to education by slowing others down and draining money. Damage to healthcare system. Lack of loyalty. etc...
