Racial profiling is a method of efficient law enforcement, and its here to stay. Every single illegal alien has matched a similar description to the next. It would be more egregious not to search Mexicans. Mexican looking people of all kinds should not be surprised or insulted by extra scrutiny--it is for their own safety as well as everyone elses.

I have a Fiance who is here on a visa waiver. We're engaged, and have been for a few months. She has left and come back to the states several times using the visa waiver (lasts only 90 days) (Her parents also live here in the states)

My question is that her attourney stated that it would be best for us to get married a day (or couple days) after her visa waiver expired so it wouldn't have it look like she came in last time knowing that she was going to get married.

Does anyone know if this is correct advice? Also does anyone have any knowledge on how she can get a temporary work permit? Supporting the 2 of us has been a brutal uphill battle.

also immigrants should not disrespect us and demand rights that only belong to citizens. Also we should have a one strike policy for rapists, murderers and pedophiles regardless of citizenship. Putting tracking devices on criminals is a politically correct option that does not protect us. Our government is supposed to be a government of the people by the people and for the people and our government is supposed to protect us from violent offenders. Our government is a miserable failure in both of these areas. Shouldn't we have pedophiles and rapists put to death? That's the only way to protect us from repeat offenders and animals who rape children.

Anyone could have seen this comming. America allows millions of people with no history or tradition of establishing or respecting laws into the country. Now they form a votting block that is formidable and becoming more so every day. How could anyone miss this? 'We are being over run by the birth rate of third world Catholics?' NO WAY!!! How does one prove he's an illegal? There's no "illegal ID". Ask after the shot maybe? That'll be $20, unless you're an illegal. And have you registered to vote? Everyone complains that there are so many illegals crossing the border yet they fail to realize white people are not indigenous to north America. Us native Americans we here first and were stripped of our land yet you do not hear us say send the white people back to Europe. Its time that we work work with our neighbors instead of persecuting them. You try to protect your nation for what its worth but have no idea these "Illegals" turned there back on there nation to pick the fruit you eat each day. People talk about how there is no jobs but yet they will not see a person from America out in the Fields knee deep in mud and manure making a few bucks to feed themselves and their families. How many of you would work in those conditions very few I'm sure instead you would rather end up collecting unemployment until it runs out or going around asking for donations so you don't have to earn your money the hard way. I saw this report in CNN and I understand there is a reason for Americans to hate immigrants.

The few UNEDUCATED americans are being forced to compete with immigrants for low wage jobs, and immigrants have the advantage because of their background, they are used to work hard in their original land, the Uneducated Americans are not.

Uneducated Americans are mostly welfare or some other kind of government dependent, and they have to fight for their share with some legal immigrants.

Because immigrants are usually better workers than poor uneducated Americans, immigrants get promoted more often then Americans.

I see there is a discontent against immigrants, and some how is justified. But it is our own system that makes you lazy, and about school there is not excuse. there is plenty of oportunities to get an education. And if everything fail, JUST GET A GOVERNMENT JOB they will take anybody as long as you are legal.
