I thought they were going to put up water stations in case anyone got thirsty while they were ILLEGALLY crossing the border.

Maybe they should add a McDonald's or Taco Johns while they are at it, huh?

No. That would be too expensive, too many animals would die, and there would be border patrol agents getting hurt every few months. A tall fence with razor wire and barbed wire intertwined through it would work.
