also immigrants should not disrespect us and demand rights that only belong to citizens. Also we should have a one strike policy for rapists, murderers and pedophiles regardless of citizenship. Putting tracking devices on criminals is a politically correct option that does not protect us. Our government is supposed to be a government of the people by the people and for the people and our government is supposed to protect us from violent offenders. Our government is a miserable failure in both of these areas. Shouldn't we have pedophiles and rapists put to death? That's the only way to protect us from repeat offenders and animals who rape children.

whether anybody likes it or not illegals are here and they are here to stay because our government does not want them to leave. So I think the best thing to do is make the all pay back taxes, threaten them with deportation if they do anything wrong and make sure they are id'd. My opinion I'd rather have a good illegal here then an American rapists or pedophile or lunatic roaming the streets putting us all at risk.we also should have some kind of national hotline where we can turn the illlegals is and make them purchase car insurance and if they don't kick them out, build a fence and don't let anyone else back in but unfortunately our government does not want to keep them out. I'm sick of paying for everyone else's expenses.

An immigrant committing a serious offense in this Country should be deported ,chances are he/she was a criminal in his native country before coming here.History tells us that most people on the Mayflower were criminally insane ,murders some were ok but most were rejects from Europe. So most recently,the dictator Fidel Castro ,Learning from the English,decided he was going to do the same and emptied the jails and looney bins and sent them to this country .

I hadn't read about putting tracking devices on people, what I think should happen, again, is that the border fence should be built, because it will provide a 24/7 deterrent to illegal immigration from Mexico.

i agree with you on this subject...but it comes downs to ethics...i think that if we deported alot of immigrants that did violent crime that
the crime rate would be even lower...we need to make an example out of these serious offenders so that others wont do the same thing...rapists and pedophiles are the sickest people ever.. i say we should just put them all to death or try to make them feel the pain and suffering that their victims feel...

I guess "Justice & Mercy" do not "kiss" from your perspective. Is the only answer to social ills "death"? I do believe that is why we have prisons--to keep violent offenders away from the rest of us. Death should not be the default option because the system is not working properly. But, our leadership must devote attention to correcting the broken system.

Are you talking about immigrants or illegal immigrants?
Illegal immigrants are typically deported if they're caught. If they commit a crime, they go to jail just as if you did in another country.
Some legal immigrants (e.g. non-citizens, aliens, etc.) can be deported for some reasons.

Yes most definately! and in my opinion they shouldn't be allowed in the country from day ONE.....I worry for my children when they are older, i worry for when i'm too old and defenclesss to stand up for myself, in the future, when our country will be fully taken over by violence and hatred....Who ARE these people we are mixing with that know nothing of our culture and ways, what do we know of their upbringings.....FRIGHTENING!........
