In America they will conside a "man making a woman have sex with him" as rape, should America take into account this is the normal way of life in Mexico, before the consider the person in question as a criminal ?

I don't care what the laws or customs are in Mexico. If you come here our laws are the only ones that matter. If you want to rape people go home and do it you sicko! Here you go to prison for that. That's why we don't need illegals here. They think we are supposed to remake our laws to suit them. Have you ever noticed that some Mexican women get a little uppity with their husbands after being here for a while? That's because they learn that they don't have to take that kind of crap here even from their husbands!

a. That's sick.
b. All immigrants must adapt to the American way of life. They must follow our laws, culture, etc. Regardless of what is legal in Mexico, they must realize that it's not legal here.
c. Alberto, go back to Mexico if you want to pull that kind of ****. And, take a few hundred illegals with you.

You answered your own question. Mexico's laws are different as is any other country's laws. When you are in that country you follow that country's laws. If you break those laws and force a woman to have sex....That's rape and that makes you a criminal in Amerikkka.

Well first of all its America btw. and that guy can do w/e he wants to in Mexico since its legal there but when he comes to America-guess what it is a diffrent country, w/diffrent views and its a woman from America he had sex with. when he stepped over that border he came into American territory with American rules so he'd better follow them and noone cares what country he came from or what their rules were, in America that is rape and he will be punished duly.

No when it come to the laws, especially rape , everyone must follow! You forgot to add ( and this is what I have heard) That in Mexico if you rape someones daughter and the father and brothers kill you There is a small chance those people will ever be brought to justice for your murder either.

NO! Of course I'm sure that's a "cultural" word you aren't famaliar with but once again...NO. Mexico's laws or Germanys laws or Irans laws, lie in those countries. Not in AMERICA. In Africa in certain areas it's considered a right of passage for a young man to be circumsized when he reaches the age of 16. Want that? In certain countries it's the culture to chop your hand off for stealing. Want that? In other cultures it's acceptable to castrate men who masturbate. Want that? I'm sure...somewhere in time.....it must have been acceptable to cut a mans eyes out for lust or chopping his penis off for infedility///// Want that? If you decide to Migrate to another country....it's your job to find out if you can deal with the laws and the culture. If not....then don't go there.
There have been men who have been sent to prison for doing female castration, rape, child molestration, and all sorts of things. No.....I don't care what was acceptable in your foreign country. By the way....you can't rape your women here, you can't beat your women here, you can't sell your kids or mess sexually with your kids, you can't torture a dog to kill or have dog fights, we don't do Bull fights either. We don't eat cats and dogs and we don't do canabalism. Women are not less, children are not less, they aren't property. Even animals have some protection.
