China towns were originally ghettos and were not created by choice. There have been various exclusionary laws regarding Chinese settlemnet throughout American HIstory. I don't think today's American China towns serve the same pupose as they did in the past. Immigrants of all stripes tend to gather together. I don't think most Americans dislike China towns. A great place to go out to eat.

The same way I think about white communities spread all over the United States (not America. That would include Canada, Central America and South America.) I am part of the so-called "white community" Personally I happen to like diversity, as long as the different races/ethnicities are not criminals. We have enough in the white race.

How can you dislike china or other Asians , they are the biggest traders in the world when it comes to cars, clothings, shoes, cellphones, TV, cements, foods, medicines name it they have it. And how much this contribute to American taxes? A big WOW. Of course they love their own country same us you are.
Like your language where-ever you go same language you speak, but foreigners used to speak English here. As long as they can be productive just leave them alone.

I spent a great deal of time in china and I found them to be crude little unhygienic peasants. But as immigrants they are among the best.

I don't have a problem with it as we are the great world melting pot. Our culture has evolved from a little of every culture and I think it is great. What is better when you think of Chinese immigrants you are usually thinking of legal immigrants.

Well first of all, every time you meet one they will try and use broken English if not fluent English. They are also here legally.
it's by no way the same. Chinese are not trying to force their culture on us. They don't protest and they don't have anchor babies just so they can get on welfare.

As long as their legal it's OK.
It's illegal aliens America dislikes with a passion and will deport them back to their countries or origin!

I do not care what people do with their neighborhoods. My question is why is it OK for these little china neighborhoods but so many people on here complain about the Hispanic neighborhoods?
