No, you have to sign the affidavit of support, which is a contract promising that you will pay the government back if he ever goes on welfare. But relax, that is never enforced.

Why on earth would you have to support him. You are sponsoring his citizenship, not planning to be his mother. IF you even think he's that lazy, get rid of him.

it is called a PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT-if you are already married I think you are out of luck
