Considering that an illegal immigrant does not have the proper papers that a legal immigrant does, the government doesn't have the ability to draft them. However, one of the methods to obtain legal citizenship in the US is to serve in the US armed forces.

NO, but we can draft deportation papers. Illegal means undocumented, how would we draft someone we have no record of? Actually an immigrant can volunteer to go and it helps them become a citizen, but only legally documented immigrants.

I shall assume you mean into the military.
No they can not,and the US does not have a draft program now. They need to go home and join in the fight to make their homeland a better more livable place.

We haven't initiated a draft since Vietnam. A non-citizen, who has a visa, greencard, etc, who has started procedures for citizenship can go into the U.S. Army and have that citizenship quicker by serving. ILLEGAL immigrants can NOT go into the U.S. armed forces.

No, there would be no government record of an illegal immigrant. Illegal immigrants are not US citizens. Illegal immigrants do not register with the US postal service!

How could you liek those 12 hundreds of thousands new infantrymen to insurrection and produce their conflict onto the U. S. soil although ? a protection stress that length could specific do because it desires, particularly in its very own united states !!! that's genuinely impossible to draft them. it may provide them rights defacto, and legalize all of them. So till you're waiting to settle for the legalization of all of them and take the possibility of a coup, I recommend you bypass out and vote.

Is there a part of "we have no draft" that you don't understand? Our military is all volunteer. As far as ILLEGAL aliens, they should be deported and any employer who hires them should be fined and/or put in jail.

NO. The answer is no. First of all, illegals are not documented so we don't even know if a certain name really exists. Second of all, why would we want someone fighting for our country when they don't care about this country.
