Learn to speak very good english, and apply at the States immagration dept.
You will have to take close to a 3 hour test, that you will need to learn, about the presidents and everything else. if you can do this, God bless you. But why would you want to come to an over populated america? Its not the land of the free anymore, we have so many inspectulations and new laws to abide by. This once was a free country but not anymore.

It depend on how long you have been in the US. Do you have your greencard? Are you on some sort of visa? There is a process that happens to become a citizen. Enter the country on a visa, go through the steps of different status...depending on the visa you came in on! Apply for your greecard. Get your greencard and then wait the 5-7 years it takes to become a citizen.

Thanks for asking.
"www.ushottubsales.com" just copied and pasted his answer from http://www.visaus.com/citizen.html and should have simply pasted the link. It is rude to waste so much space on a non-original answer. Perhaps that is why he has 4 negative votes.

You need to learn how to speak English properly, then marry a U.S. citizen and you're done in 3 years after that.
