This is a highly specialised area of law and you really should see a qualified lawyer. The decision by the Home Office will have massive affects on your, your spouse's and any children you have's lives and this needs proper consultation.

I would expect that the authorities will need complete and honest information from you about why you overstayed in the first place and then your motives for marrying such as do you really love your spouse or did you marry them to stay in the country. They will probably take a lot of convincing.

Find a lawyer who can accurately advise you as soon as possible but you will have to pay for their advice.

You should take you uneducated, Illegal and Immoral behind back to Mexico to find a lawyer.
You do not even have any pride. You have the audacity to ask for help to De-Criminalize yourself for FREE. Get out of our Country. You are a Leach. Answer these questions. Are you on WELFARE? Do you get FOOD STAMPS? How many aliens have you produced knowing that you can not even afford their basic living requirements. We do not want you here. But to really answer your question, I am sure that there is some nut ball group of people that represent the USA that will shield you and give you any representation that you need. If I was in charge, I would track your IP address and come to your house with approx. 20 one-way bus tickets and round up your whole family and have you deported today

GO AWAY

If you are married to an American citizen, even though you Visa has expired you can still file for adjustment of status, then when you are granted the temp status you can then file for your permanent redisecne card and become a citizen. But since your Visa is expired you need to file for adjustment of status first! It is free, but becoming a permanent redisece will take up to a year! Be patient! Good Luck and Buenos Diaz!

Don't know where you come from, but I bet lawyers in your country don't work for free. I can't help you because I don't live in the UK, but I do work as a legal advisor to asylum seekers and most of the time my is fee is very small because I know the money just isn't available, but with the best will in the world, I can't live on fresh air.

Are you in London area? Pick up TNT magazine, ans send as many e-mail as possible to the agencies you can find on the magazine. Also, contact Immigration Advisory Service, as they are specialist charity group, and can even help overstayers. They do the job for free or very little charge. Good luck.

attorneys do not provide away their time and information for unfastened, and particularly not immigration attorneys. in case you prefer particular information on your concern, hire an lawyer. in case you bypass by using your state's Bar association criminal expert Referral service, an preliminary consultationt to verify the scope of paintings shouldn't fee extra desirable than around $50.
