No. Also, these are not Amendment rights. They are services the government offers that are meant to give a helping hand to those who need it temporarily, or for those with disabilities or disease that makes it impossible for them otherwise. Unfortunately, it is abused by a lot of people who could work for a living. These services are paid for with tax dollars from those of us who do work for a living in order to support these programs for the people who really need them. Illegals mostly don't pay taxes, other than sales taxes and other consumable taxes and tolls. If they do, it is with a stolen ID that allowed them a SS#. Our society has a hard enough time paying for all the cheats who are on welfare, we don't need to add millions of illegals on the dole as well, oops, too late, there are a lot of them already there. Illegals should be sent home, period.

The illegal alien deserves the right to be treated fairly and humanly, while being arrested and deported. They do not deserve any rights other than that in this country. The bleeding hearts that think differently should go to the illegals country and help them make a better life there.Help them build schools, hospitals, factory's and better housing.Help the illegal be a legal resident in his own country, not in the USA.
We have many legal Americans that need our help and they deserve our help first. We must take care of our own people first, last and always. That does not mean that I am without compassion,it only means my compassion is for my own people here in America.

The only thing that they deserve is a one-way bus ticket back to Mexico. They would also have to pay for the ticket by working on a road crew or something cleaning all the filth that they make. ATTENTION ALL ILLEGALS: GET OUT! WE DO NOT WANT YOU! GET OUT! LEARN ENGLISH! LEARN SELF_RESPECT! Then apply legally come over here and get a legitimate job. Do not abuse our system any longer. We do not need any Invaders/parasites any longer.

No, I don't feel they do...but they get it anyway.
I went to the welfare office a few months back because my work place doesn't offer health insurance, and I've got a serious medical condition. They told me that working part time at $6.50/hr that I made too much money. The next person that walked in was an alien and got everything she asked for.
You know there's something wrong when your government starts treating illegal immagrants better than their own citizens.

School I could agree with, if the children are brought to the USA or more than likely born here then we may as well have an educated illegal. As for all other forms of domestic aid I would say NO! But then again, my passionate side would come out if I were to see a child of an "illegal" suffering for the lack of medical attention. China built a wall many years ago! I think the basic procedure for stone and brick masonry are pretty much unchanged.

No they don't. But I think the process on becoming a legal citizen should be relaxed some because we're talking about 12 million illegals in the country-only an estimate.

No, they don't. American citizens pay for those things through taxes, and while some illegals pay taxes, not all do- and their consumption of services far exceeds what they put in to get it. The government exists to help citizens of THIS country, not citizens of other countries.

Illegal immigrants should have no rights in this country.
If they were interested in possessing the rights given to American citizens , they would have entered this country legally.
Instead they chose to sneak in and then falsify their identities to defraud the government. Rights? They have alot of gall and not a lot of integrity asking for any rights.

You're asking the wrong question. The Bill of Rights are Constitutional PROTECTIONS of rights. The Constitution tells the government what they can't do, not what the people can do. That being said, illegals do not have the same Constitutional protections of their rights that citizens do.
