I just spoke with this resident alien and he is in the process of being processed for formal removal from the US. He was picked up at a local jail for public intoxication and when immigration did their daily jail check, they ran into him. Public intoxication is not a removable offense but as standard operating procedure they ran a criminal history on him and discovered that he has a conviction for a drug offense back in 2000. This resident alien has been a resident of the US for over 20 years and has equity in the US in the form of property and family members. He is complaining that he already paid his price to society for his drug conviction and NOW why is the immigration deporting him? Do you feel sorry for him? I sure as heck don't!

I told him that the only was to avoid deportation was to ask the Governor of Texas or the President of the US for a pardon. He wanted to know how to go about getting a pardon and I told him to query it on Yahoo!

Unlike the other claims that people are making about other places in America, this city's social services, hospitals and schools are not collapsing under the weight of undocumented people. Yet a significant portion of those 2 million foreign born residents are in fact "illegal" with regard to immigration status. Interestingly, when NYC was depopulating in the 70's it was crime-ridden & broke--now with population gains & this is only because of immigration, it is flourishing & voted as the safest large city in the nation by the FBI. If undocumented people supposedly bring such bad things, how come that's not happening in New York City with all its undocumented?

My brother just join the U.S Army, and he call me a couple of days ago he’s going thought basic training. He said that they put them in groups of 200 cadets, 85 cadets in his group is U.S citizen including my brother, and 115 cadets are immigrants and 94 of them got amnesty under the 1986 President Reagan plan.

The question my brother would like me to ask is.

Those immigrants help our military?

Here are mine:

1. Ugly people who want to become pro wrestlers could just wear a mask.
2. Cockfighting would finally be free of social stigma.
3. No more frivolous laws requiring extension ladders to be secured in the backs of pickups.
4. "Low Rider" would be the new national anthem.
5.The guy in charge of La Raza would have to get a REAL job.

I'm baffled as to the softness of politicians toward law breakers. These illegal immigrants are exactly the same as a person breaking into my home that is from the poor side of town and I must let him stay in my home and help him along. Hey, the person works hard so I should let him stay...right? NOT!!!! This is bs and if I broke any law, no matter what it was...I'd be prosecuted and fined....there should be no exceptions for these lawbreakers either. Join the rest of the immigrants from around the world and come across the border LEGALLY!

If an employer is caught hiring illegals the illegals get arrested and deported. The employer goes ahead and hires new illegals.
Why is employer not given some exemplary punishment like jailtime or closure of business?

"The United States will join a visa system that will give business executives from members of the Asia- Pacific Economic Cooperation group easier access to the world's largest economy.

Holders of the APEC business travel card get multiple visa-free entry to other APEC economies and express passage through airport formalities. Of APEC's 21 members, only Canada, Mexico, the U.S. and Russia do not recognize the card.

APEC members include Indonesia, the world's most populous Muslim nation, where several deadly terrorist bombings have occurred in the past four years. The U.S. has toughened its airport procedures and visa rules since the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. "

So, security doesn't matter if you have money?

What do you think about this back door aproach?

Someone answered my question in a flippant tone, when I asked if embassy officials shouldn't at least share culpability with the animals who violated the country on 9/11.She went on to babble about hunches, arthritis and esp.I hope someone will realize that the traditional ways with filling out forms and paying fees, just won't cut it in this arena of fundamental fanaticism.I don't believe that they should be limited by what they look at when a visa is requested, or that it must be done in fifteen minutes at a window like a drive through burger place... hurrying to fill their quotas and end the day, so that they can dash off to some after hours wine and cheese tasting with other jaded debauched ex-patriots, leaving the real security of the country up to the fifteen dollar an hour guard at the airport who really ' has' to be working on a hunch and split second decisions and appraisals. To mention esp was demeaning to such a serious subject....

Two years back, during my H1 interview in US Consulate (Delhi), I shown myself 'unmarried'. Actually, I was married three days before. I done this to ease my H1 visa.

After getting my H1 visa approved, I managed to get another marriage certificate of post interview date.

My question is: If someone inform embassy about my intentional mistake, can they cancel my visa? Will there be any effect on my green card?

Can I myself admit the error and represent the embassy to avoid future problems?

Please guide me.

If Enough Cities, Counties, And States
Took The Lead From Cities Like Hazleton, PA
And Farmers Branch, Texas
And Maricopa County, AZ
And The State Of Colorado
ie : Passed Laws Against HIRING ILLEGAL ALIENS
And RENTING To ILLEGAL ALIENS
And Restricted State And Federal Funding
(Health, Education, And Welfare Benefits) From Non-Citizens
The Federal Government Would Have NO CHOICE
But To Federally Blanket The Nation
With Similar Restrictions And Laws

WE THE PEOPLE At A Local Level
(City, County, State )
Definitely Have The Majority Vote

Agree Or Disagree
