If i married in japan do i need to report to America?? i am us citizen and wife Japanese..? i live in America and married in America by same women. but we go married in japan too.

You should discuss this with the US embassy in Japan. Visas for spouses take time, so if you are planning to bring your spouse back you need to file all the proper paperwork and fees
