Hiring illegal immigrant workers.?

If an employer is caught hiring illegals the illegals get arrested and deported. The employer goes ahead and hires new illegals.
Why is employer not given some exemplary punishment like jailtime or closure of business?

WAA,WAA,WAA! All I keep see is this BS about illegals taking jobs away from native born Americans. The reason most employers hire illegals is because they won't look down their noses at the job like native borns do.
When was the last time you saw some gringo or gringa picking and packaging fruit and veggies?

I'm with you on this. They do it occassionally, but their excuse for not doing it more is that the employer doesn't know they are illegal if they give fake docs. In the past there has unfortunately been some validity for this since employers weren't allowed to question the docs under labor practices. They need an easily checkable employee database so employers can be held accountable.
