I am not talking about if we can win but can the American people digest a war with a country next to us, There will be a new President in Mexico Vey soon and let's hope he does not decide to also send his army to the nortern border to protect their people, Americans don't forget that Mexico also has a big army and untill now they have being US allies.

I am not talking about being scare, but remember there is more Mexicans in US than Iraqis and the last thing we need is to have afight within our own streets. I suggest lets enforce our rules but don't violate their human rights.

given the wages in Mexico, probably even their army would end up crossing the border for higher pay. This is all a smoke screen. Halliburton, Cheney's company has the border contract, so he has no motivation for this problem to go away. Follow the money!

I actually don't think we could afford it why? because if a war with Iraq that definitely had no army is costing the country trillions of dollars of debt a war with Mexico that has a stabilized, and actually rather large land power could be a little more expensive that would have to be added to the already trillions of dollars of debt Mr. Bush has been asking for. There is also the fact that Mexico would be backed by other countries because it would be seen by the international community as the victim plus you have all those left wing people rising around the world that hate the US, and you also have the 20 million immigrants that would side with Mexico and cause domestic disturbance. The US would have problems abroad(Iraq) next to them (Mexico) and internally ( immigration) so it would not be affordable at the moment.

Mexico will not go to war with the United States because the United States will cut off their Foreign Aid!
Mexico's people are a guest in the United States and if they don't behave The American people are going to get very Angry!

You said don't violate Mexicans human rights. Do Americans have human rights? If there is a war in our streets it will be to defend our rights, not to take someone else's away. Frankly I'm more afraid of radical illegal hispanics/latinos than I am of Islamic terrorists. Terrorist want to blow us up, some radical illegals want to live with us and make our lives miserable, some want to kick us out of our country. I'd support a war with Mexico before I'd support one in the Middle East.

I support building the US/Mexico border fence, get that built and it'll solve a lot of problems. Good riddance to em. We can do without the rhetoric, the crime, the agitators, and so forth. Send em all home.

They got sticks and rocks, America has technology to back em up. they might have a big army but that dont mean they're gonna win. But lately, Bush has his panties up in a bunch tryin to go to war with the whole world (except europe), trying to start some (stuff) with China now too. Didn't Hitler try to take on the world too. Why might Mexico deliver their troops to the border? the recent guy needs the border to be completly open so Mexicans can pass returned and forth as much as they like. Sending troops to the border might have a destructive consequence. Plus, what might they like their military to guard the folk from? there is not any clarification for Mexico to do something like that.

Really, if we fought Mexico, there is NO doubt we would win, and NO need for us to worry about conflict from their next president! American's would be the one's who elect him! Anything else is unacceptable! Geez, it's common sense, Mexican's have already PROVEN they can't vote, do we still need to also prove for them on their behalf that they can't fight either?
