It seems odd to me that people say (even anti-illegals) that the blame is on our government or Mexico's government or Large corporations. I am not sure that we should blame anyone. People that come here know what they are doing and do so voluntarily. In my opinion, we need to amend the laws here in the US to allow more immigrants into the US each year and have them be of all social and economic statuses. So why are people still playing the blame game? Lets just fix it.

All the Southern States like California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Colorado and up to Montanna was stolen from Mexico by the Americans through wars and ethnic cleansing. No ofense but America was founded by criminals don't they teach history in school(The real History),and know the problem is since the land was taken from mexico illegally mexicans know it's their birthright and that their indigenious to the lands,and it's not fair to kick mexicans off their native lands even if they crossed illegally because the lands were stolen from them illegally.

Mexico didn't recognize the indepence (and annexation) of Texas until it was forced to do so under US duress. the US did pay for it. Pennies an acre, and again, Mexico was forced into doing it due to the American occupation of the capital. And all of this after an invasion brought about by Polk on false pretenses.Alot of people think is right to say they should get out, Get out of were? They have more right than you and me.after all lets not forget this was their land.

done in Iraq?The more I think about it the better it sounds.A major problem in Mexico is infrastructure.Alot of places don't have running water or decent roads.Why don't we go help out Mexico?They can pay us in oil.Screw the middle east there's a crap load of oil south of us.And alot of S.American countries are no longer dependent on oil.They use ethanol.Why is the Government so worried about countries that are half way around the world when our neighbors could also use a hand?

Kids were hanging the USA Flag upside down and underneath the Mexico flag ..I know they are teens,and we know how that goes but that was in a school were was everyone else why din't no one stop them,were the h** was their parents, I would had freeking smack them when they got home,That was such a stupid move.

Advice : To all pro-illegals i know they are kids having fun and protesting,but that is not the way to protest.you should let all your kids know that is wrong,I know they are screaming for acceptance which i understand and support but you are ofending us. a flag upside down means a sign of distress (Something like a emergency) but putting it upside down, underneath yours is a insult.is such a stupid move. If they keep doing that you will lose all others support,forget about the Cubans,Dominicans,Colombians,Puerto Ricans and all Americans suport (The ones that support you).
I always support you 100% but when i saw those photos i was so freaking piss** but since they are teens,i know they are the generations and some are Mexicans - Americans not the true illegal immigrants, but if you go to a rally or were ever to protest please make shure you don't do this,because you will loose all hispanic and American support no matter if you are hispanic like us,No one is going to tolerate you coming in and putting our flag upside down.I am PR and I have much respect for the American flag as i do for the Puerto Rican flag. I will never go to PR and put the USA on top and the PR haging upside down underneath,neither doing it here. I have respect for both of them,so you my friend have to do the same.

I Know alot of you have been through alot and are receiving insults left and right,and people trying to kick you out from a land that was yours to begin with,but remember it is ours know so please make shure you tell everyone not to protest in that manner it was a dumb move,and people will get offended. I don't mind if you carry both flags,what i din't like was your on top of ours and upside down. Please make shure that you don't do this when you protest again on Dec..I hope all of you will be able to stay,because i know you truly deserve it but just don't let the kids do that ignorant stuff..

I know of (mostly) Young adults crossing the borders to escape the gang mentality,abuse in the home (one young man escaped because his father was in the gang MS13),there is no amnesty for younger groups the only thing they can hope for is amnesty. That said IF they family here they can be placed with them,and then the family has to seek assistance for them are you aginst this also?

Ok let's forget mexicans, seems they are the only ones attacked. Why don't people ever mention chinese, korean or other ethnic towns that have all their signs and traffic signs in their native language. I drove through china town and most of the signs were in chinese, some were in english and chinese. I thought you wanted assimilation, but i don't ever hear anyone talk about assimilation fair and across the board, always mexican learn english type deal. So what's up?

Cultural assimilation - the process whereby a minority group gradually adopts the customs and attitudes of the prevailing culture

I hear a lot of people attacking mexicans, that they need to assimilate to american culture. Ok, well let's see, I was born in america, i obey the laws, and when i do start working I'm gonna be paying taxes. My heritage and culture is of mexican background but you want me to assimilate to american culture, ok, well what is american culture? Do you want me to sit in a lawn chair cooking hot dogs and burgers? i'm not grasping this concept. So you want mexicans to assimilate to american culture, so then you want all mexican restaurants shut down, i would figure since the food is a mexican heritage and culture thing, i'm not sure what you want. What do you want from me America?

This is not an illegal immigrant issue, so don't make it one. I'm talking about people who always say mexicans need to assimilate.

when people who were born in america say that they deserve it and others don't?

i believe that people born in america are just plain lucky and thats that. they do not actually "deserve" america cuz they did jack squat to obtain citizenship except be born.

the only people that actually "deserve" this country are the people that give to the community and help out. not the people who rant and complain on the internet about how much they seserve this country more than any other person who was born as well.

i'm just wanting to see if anyone agrees and why or why not.

Criminal trespassers use forged or stolen I.D's to gain employment once they have snuck into this great land, That is unlawful. Certain groups of people support this activity with skewed reasoning. That has been proven to be unlawful.
And it seems that these criminals have even resorted to stealing, & forging I.D.'s here in this forum. Is this unlawful also? What can be done about this lack of morals & respect?
These people & the supporters have no common decency about them.
Do we really want people such as this living & working alongside us?
