Impostor that is a good name for you. Better look at who works as a Border Patrol Officer and in the Minutemen, they are not all white.

I don't understand why anyone calling the Minutemen vigilantes is an insult. US history is full of famous vigilante acts that have not only preserved the peace and delivered justice but saved the country. The vigilantes at the Alamo, Monetray, Concord, Lexington, Monmouth, Stony Point, Camden, Ticonderoga,Trenton and Valley Forge come to mind.

The legends of the old west that sprang into action to meet out justice when there was nothing but lawlessness are hero's not villains, in spite of efforts to rewrite history.

So call' em vigilantes if you want. America understands the significance of what they do in spit of the lawlessness of those opposing them.

The Minutemen are true Americans standing up for what they believe in. I could never join their great organization because I would be too willing to shoot every single person I saw crossing the border. In fact That is what we Americans should be doing. Stop the Invasion grab your gun and start shooting the invaders. This invasion is after all sponsored by the Mexican govt and that is truly an act of war. We should reciprocate and end the invasion on the border.

The minutemen live in a free country and if they want to hang out around the border they have every right to the same way Mexico, say's all it's citizens have every right to hang out around it's borders, guess what our citizens can do that too. I would like to also see someone explain this in deatil , rather than the standard one they are vigilantes seems about as far as the arguement can go.

The Minutemen are a great organization. They have definitely stopped most illegal immigration in Arizona. Angela R can have them in El Paso. That is fine with me. Our governor was talking about this the other day in a news conference. They are not racist. I don't know many racists that hand out water to illegal intruders or seek medical attention for them. They are doing the job our government should have been and should be doing today. I support their efforts.

The Minutemen are being lied about! They've never done anything remotely illegal OR racist, yet they've been accused of both, by pro-illegal lovers! Minutemen have not broken any laws, UNLIKE the illegal criminals have. I don't think they've been kicked out of any town, because most towns are glad to have them there! Who are they hurting? Nobody! There is no proof whatsoever, that they've done anything illegal, racist, or "taken the law into their own hands", bull ****. I would like to see the pro-illegals TRY and prove otherwise.

Minutemen= A bunch of racist xenophobic individuals who want to cover up as "patriotic" when in reality they're a bunch of low-life racist who would like to kill an illegal and then use it as border control. So in reality that's what the minutemen are. They are the real criminals but most of all....racist ignorants pieces of nothing.

If people took the time to read the Minute Men's code of conduct, their rules and regulations, and their oath they could not justly call them vigilantes.
vigilante:One who takes or advocates the taking of law enforcement into ones own hands.
Their #1 rule is absolutely NO contact with the illegal, in fact any contact with an illegal is grounds for immediate dismissal from the organization.
These guys are the watchmen on the tower! They watch quietly and report directly to BP when an illegal is in sight. That's it, that's all. American people attacking them like this is shameful and low down. It's sickening that pro-illegals scream about their rights to support whom they choose yet diminish the rights of us who don't agree, using underhanded, dirty tactics.
I haven't seen or heard one honest report of them doing anything wrong.
GO MINUTEMEN!!!!!!

They were kicked out of my town, El Paso TX.....We don't need some group coming here to enforce the law, that's why we pay the border patrol to do it....BTW, the border patrol here does just fine with out the minutemen....And yes they were seen as vigilantes.....

I believe the minutemen have shown restraint if I was on the Border I would shoot everything that moved and leave the dead rotting bodies as a sign "enter at your own risk"

I don't think the Minutemen have done anything bad, personaly. But the attitude they display is what is causing people to overreact. If they didn't make such a big deal about being armed and ready it wouldn't upset people so much. But as far as what they have actually done, they're fine.
