the applicant has been petitioned while she was still in her birth country,but eventually has emigrated to another country,and has acquired the citizenship of that country,but due to circumstances,still want to emigrate to USA..

I believe if you renounced it you lost your citizenship, you would have to apply like everyone else who is not a citizen. I recommend you contact an attorney that specializes in immigration matters.

I would guess the rules would be the same as for any other citizen of wherever you are currently a citizen. If you were originally a US citizen, that may not be true. Did you actually renounce your original citizen ship or just acquire new citizenship? It is possible to have dual citizenship in some cases

Hey! I'm a ASIAN immigrant and so is my family! But we're legal! Feel free to bash the ILLEGAL immigrants, but don't you be bashin on all of us lightershadeofpale! and if they do limit the amount of people coming here to 10, then the population would decline. and for the real question, i dont know...sorry!

The way things are going, they should only let 10 people per year emigrate. This whole thing's gotten too stupid.

you need the green card I think. i guess you can immigrate here...it's possible, but some people say old people over 70 can immigrate here without the green card.

I say no you can't come here. I agree with Lightershade. Stay where you are at.

We already have way to many illegals here now.
