I own a farm and all I can tell you is it's been over 25 years since we've had a gringo employee. And it's not like we wouldn't be happy to hire one, but simply, no one has asked for a job. I'm not exaggerating; no one.

Well, there's always exceptions to the rule. Of course there are white people who have worked in fields, they just don't do it as often as Mexicans do.

The thing is, nobody really wants to do 12-hour-a-day backbreaking labor, bending over and picking fruits, hauling bags, in 100 degree weather, when you don't even get minimum wage!

Standard minimum wage jobs pay much more, and they require much less physical labor. You can get a job bagging groceries at a supermarket, for a lot less than 12 hours a day and in an air conditioned building. Or working fast food, etc. And still get paid much more money than you would if you worked in the fields.

No one said that ALL white people wouldn't do manual labor, just a majority.
I work at a restaurant, and one of my jobs as a closer was to clean the restroom. I had *8* white ladies in 1 night say remarks about me (a mexican) cleaning restrooms. There were 5 other women that came in there (mexican) who said I was doing a wonderful job.
It's not all white people that won't do manual labor, but with attutudes like that that are given to me on a daily basis, what else is the rest of the world suppose to think?

I worked in orchards from 12 until 17 - yeah, just seasonally, but I was the only white girl out there. Half of me agrees with you question - I think that it's true that a lot of white Americans won't do manual labor. There are definitely exceptions (construction workers, farmers, etc, but in general manual labor supposedly means you're poor. I just think it means you're pretty strong :P

(Why do I say American instead of white? Go to another mostly white country and you'll see).

YES, it is a lie. All you have to do is OPEN your eyes.... if you do, you will see plenty of manual labor being done by white's.

You would see a hell of a lot more if the Mexican border were closed and illegal aliens were deported..... you would also see a rise in wages.

The old cry from the left "who will do the work?" if illegal aliens are deported.... well, you can bet your A$$ it won't be Ted Kennedy or any others of his ilk.

Legal Americans, of all races, will do the work.... always have and always will, providing the illegal aliens are denied employment here.

That is a flat out lie! I know plenty of white people that do manual labor. Illegals will say anything, no matter how ridiculous to promote their agendas.

I gathered eggs from 60,000 chickens on a 7 day a week 10 hour day schedule being paid by the case; could do 120 cases a day....oh and I'm as white as they get.

your missing the part where a class of people were created to have jobs over Americans of any color.

As long as that class is there no effort will be made to get legal americans to fill all the jobs, just like they do in the areas that haven't been hit yet with overrun illegals.

I washed cars all of my teenage yrs, often 100 a day, myself. I have dug ditches and loaded trucks, and many other tasks, such as cutting my way through a swamp with a chain saw, and throwing it when I ended up in quicksand, to rescue myself.
