I read that a spinal curvature that is greater than 55 degrees is considered as a medical disqualifiation for the military in general. I know that the Air Force has different standards. A couple years ago it was something like if the curvature is greater than 25 degrees, then you would be disqualified. And so my question is, is that still the standard?

As the question says I want to know the proper steps to file a harassment against my general warehouse manager. Its NOT a sexual harassment. Im a lead man at the warehouse I work but she has called me to her office everyday in the past week. for diffrent reasons we had 3 managers since I work there and shes the only one that goes after me like that. I got probably 5 witnesses..Does anyone were I go first is it Human resources or call the corporate office

Hi,

Is "Income Tax Assessment Order" equal to "IT return form"? I am asking this because I have to get my address proof and I have with me IT return forms of the last 4 years of my current residence.
The site http://passport.gov.in/cpv/checklist.htm says that I can use Income Tax Assessment Order as address proof. But all I have are IT return forms !!

I believe every business visa is ment to be extended if the time given to the immigrant is not enough to rap up the business deal but the chinese government has refused to extend any visa that is contained in nigerian passport but they extend any other african country except nigeria....since our government(nigerian government)has refused to forward that question to the chinese government,so i decided to bring it up for a better answer.

Seung-Hui Cho bought his guns from TGSCOM Inc and Roanoke Firearms, both licensed dealers. If the court had ordered him to seek mental health on an inpatient basis, he would have been disqualified from buying a gun.

I mean, each of them has flaws. Now, I know no-one's perfect but the next President will have to work day and night to improve the US's reputation and standards, nationally and internationally. The US needs a uniter, not a divider.

Hillary Clinton is intelligent but not a uniter; Barack Obama is charismatic and fresh but voters may worry he's more style than substance; John Edwards is passionate but seen as a coward, especially after the 2004 election.
And that's just the Democrats!

Don't even get me started on Rudy Guiliani, Mike Huckabee, Fred Thompson, Mitt Romney, John McCain or any of the Republican candidates...

So, the question is: are there any other potential candidates (or candidates already running) who have the capacity to make the United States a great country once again?

here's the scenario...
so, 3 times my work calls me during my day off to come to work (like yesterday) to cover someone shift BUT everytime they call, i'm engage to other committments (errands, appointments, etc.)

ok, so i go into work today and my manager calls me into her office saying that the request to switch schedule tomorrow will be granted but when it comes to me requesting to switch or to request time off on a future date, she said that she will not authorize the switch or RTO. she mentioned names of other workers thats able to come into work on their day off and calls them her "star employees" and she said that "i better step it up if i wanna become a star" ( who the f*ck cares, just as long as i do my job, right?)

isnt this a threat or something? can she say this? i mean, common, it was my day off.

i cant let this go so what steps should i do??

One news headline says that general Petraeus reports 60% violence decline in iraq.

But just this past week there was at least one bombing that killed 12 people, and a mass grave was found with like 20 freshly killed bodies, and of course today this news report came out:

So I have pictures of a friend in the military performing oral sex on another man........Now would this get him kicked out? Or does the sodomy have to occur within the military? Also, I have the friends name..........but I don't know how to send these pics to the military! To me, it seems like the smartest (and easiet) political decision to make.

Think about it, if he pulled out of Iraq, and people stopped dying and terrorism didn't increase, he'd be considered a hero among men.

If he did pull out, and things got worse over there (i.e. civil war, increased terrorism etc.) he could always say he gave the democrat plan a try, which failed miserably and lay the blame at their feet.

It's the perfect win/win situation, so what gives? Was he too dumb to figure it out? Or is it possible he is staying for a reason aside from scoring political points?

Remember when the animal rights people would throw paint on someone who was wearing a Fur coat to protest the killing of these poor animals just for "Fashion". Well, I feel the same thing is happening when Americans drive around in GAS HOGS, when OUR American people are dying over there for WHAT, for the almighty GAS and Dollar for that gas. Also, the government receives the Tax revenue from this gas. I'm not talking about people who commute to work in economy cars, I'm referring to the Gas Guzzling Hummers that are Just a "Fashion Statement". Am I alone on this , or is there something else that I don't understand??. Please Educate me if I am wrong. There are other countries that have been able to find other alternatives; Brazil for one uses Corn and converts it into fuel or petrol.

A guy shot my cat in the head. I saw him do it, had him arrested, convicted in court (and suing him in civil court now) and want to make sure everyone knows what he did without exposing myself to a libel suit. okay this is what happened.
i was watching t.v. when all of a sudden i heard my door knob jiggle. i thought my door was open so i checked and it wasnt. then whoever it was outside started to knock on my door. then i knocked back and he kept on knocking. then my sister yelled who is it and then he said kelsi or something. then she said you have the wrong apartment. he leftbut im stiil freaked.
