So I have pictures of a friend in the military performing oral sex on another man........Now would this get him kicked out? Or does the sodomy have to occur within the military? Also, I have the friends name..........but I don't know how to send these pics to the military! Is there some universal address of the US military........like if I put the pictures and his name on them would they be able to find his military boss and get him kicked out? Do military people have chiefs or who is in charge of determining if they are gay?

This person did all of this stuff and you refer to him as your friend?

Something is fishy about this situation.

As a retired senior enlisted member with 34 years I will tell you a few things. First it does not have to be with a military member. Second, possession of any kind of child porn or knowingly viewing it is against the law, civilian or military. That is because it helps to propagate it and its underage victims being exploited, manipulated, or out-rightly raped and molested! Third, so is rape and your friend not reporting it only increases the problem and passes it on for it or other type things to occur again and someone else to be a victim! Contact the nearest military base of the service that the person is a member of and tell them you wish to report a crime and they can direct you to the proper military authorities. However I would not take so much zealous in ending someones career and seriously wonder if you would be so anxious to do so if it was your brother. I will also tell you that there are bills before Congress making it legal for gays and lesbians to serve in the military. I would only report this person if you know for certain that they are guilty of the other things and not take to much satisfaction in it. The penalties for it are much heavier than what you realize and what he would be given if he was a civilian and found guilty of any of these things in a court martial hearing.

Why would you want to do that? That is a very cruel thing to do. And you call him a friend? That is his business. If you do this karma will kick you in the A**. Trust me. That is a real vicious thing that you want to do. So if you are looking for help you won't get it from me. Is it maybe you like him and he hurt your woman hood?

Have your friend, who he allegedly raped, get in touch with the nearest Navy recruiting or reserve activity. They will track him down. Then she can file a complaint with her local police.
She is a victim. Your possession of those pictures can be challenged if you have held onto them for a long time and might even get you in trouble for possession of pornography.

You seem like you need to grow up.

And have you ever heard of the "Don't Ask Don't Tell," Policy?
They don't ask if your gay, you keep it to your self.
But yes, it could get him kicked out; you for the rape and stuff, if thats even true, highly unlikely as it may be with all of you attention cravers, he could aslo be sent to jail.
Fail

I would suggest you mind your own business. Some friend you are. Live and let live. It's a don't ask, don't tell policy in the Military. No one is asking, so don't tell!

It seems peculiar that you refer to him as a friend, yet you're trying to harm him. There is no universal address or gay squad.
