I read that a spinal curvature that is greater than 55 degrees is considered as a medical disqualifiation for the military in general. I know that the Air Force has different standards. A couple years ago it was something like if the curvature is greater than 25 degrees, then you would be disqualified. And so my question is, is that still the standard?

Don't know but a recruiter will. Standards are just that and change depending on the needs of the service, how hard of a time they are having meeting their recruiting goals and their manpower goals. The Army has just started taking recruits again with minor type felonies which is not something that they have done for several years. Check with your recruiter and he will be able to find out.
