Income Tax Assessment Order?

Hi,

Is "Income Tax Assessment Order" equal to "IT return form"? I am asking this because I have to get my address proof and I have with me IT return forms of the last 4 years of my current residence.
The site http://passport.gov.in/cpv/checklist.htm says that I can use Income Tax Assessment Order as address proof. But all I have are IT return forms !!

The Income Tax Assessment Order is not equal to the IT return form because its purpose is to collect taxes unlike the other which is proof of payment.
