I would really like to know and not when they changed it from 21 to 18 but when did this law come in to place and what caused it to come about?

my friend wrote a beware to all the girls in our city to watch out for a guy no names mentioned and how he is a jerk and has a little thingy blah blah...he threatened to sue her for slander, deformation of character and all that. I told her there are no names, he's not running for president and no lawyer would take a case from a broke mother chucker to sue another broke person for something on myspace... am i right???

I just watched an intresting documentary that helped me understand the USA's infatuation with President Chavez...

But I'm interested to know what the average American thinks

i am doing a history project about the bill of rights where you have to make a cartoon for amendments 1-10

the ones i need are:
#1-freedom of speech
#2-bear arms
#3-quartering troops
#4-search and seizure
#5- double jeopardy (cannot be convicted of same crime twice)
#6-right to attorney
#7-trial by jury
#8 no cruel or unusual punishment

Is the US' presence in Iraq illegal? They trespassed the country and captured its own leader (Hussein.)

Please don't make fun of me. I'm studying law and according to my textbook, they have broken the "Internatinal Responsibility" aspect of customary law. I'm also not american.
