I just watched an intresting documentary that helped me understand the USA's infatuation with President Chavez...
But I'm interested to know what the average American thinks
do you think he is a Tyrant ? Do you think he causes harm to America or his own people ?

All I know about Chavez is that he spends gazilions of money on Russian weapons- which Wenezuela does not need. He also sends cash to support communism in Cuba - and I fail to see how it benefits the poor in Wenezuela.
Tyrant? not yet- he lost the recent vote on Constitutional amendment. A tyrant would have got a 99,99% support in an "election"
Harm to America? About as much harm as a mouse could do to a whale

He disgusts me completely.
He not only does America harm but his own people. Communist leaders create havoc in their own country and their people suffer because of it.

The old bullies and barons are not gone forever, but the new bold bully and baron is Chavez himself. It's not just the media that I listen to, I read and listen to PEOPLE that lived UNDER THIS DICTATOR.
To me, that video can be considered propaganda for the very man that hates the United States of America, Hugo Chavez, a dictator that truly could care less about his people.
