TEHRAN, Iran - President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Wednesday called the dramatic U.S. turnaround in a new intelligence review a victory for Iran's nuclear program.
He suggested it shows the success of his hard-line stance rejecting compromise. But his more moderate opponents at home are hoping the assessment's conclusion that Tehran shelved its effort to develop atomic weapons will boost a diplomatic resolution of the nuclear stand-off with the west.

I am 15. I have a 3.5 GPA and my family is in the upper middle class.I think I can at least get into collage so I am not worried about that. I don't wanna join just to shoot guns and blow stuff up. Is it too early to even think about joining? When do you know that you want to join and if you have how old were you and what where your reasons?

I just enlisted in November as 92Y (Unit Supply Specialist) is anyone familiar with this MOS? Also i enlised under the Active First Program. Its fairly new but is anyone familiar with it? I signed an 8 year contract. I will serve 4 years on active duty (Army) and 4 years National Guard (Army). What do you think?

Bush Cherry picked them to invade Iraq. Cheney exposed a CIA agent to intimidate them. The Bush admin scapegoated them after cherry picking their intel and ignoring their warnings.

Personally I think it does a lot of harm. People put so much faith in the so called "facts" the news gives out. But the truth is a lot of the time they lie, exaggerate, and mislead people. It also seems the press will do anything just to get their story. They will ruin peoples lives, just so they can get the story that will in turn make them a few more bucks. I would love to see some laws which limit the power of the press in the United States. Unfortunately the constitution prohibits most laws that would restrict the press, in turn they've abused their privilege of freedom.

So what do you think?

Every time anyone asks a question here about atomic bombs anyone who thinks it was a good idea gets a dozen 'thumbs downs'. Well here's a chance to all those anti-nuke answerers out there. For anyone who thinks bombing Hiroshima and Nagasaki was a bad idea, what was the alternative? Should we have invaded Japan? Should we have sat back and done nothing and let the Russians invade Japan (Do you think Japan would be better off now if we had done that and it was a communist country?). What alternatives did the Allied leaders have in 1945 if they had chosen NOT to drop the bomb? Japan was NOT legitimately negotiating a surrender prior to Hiroshima. How would we have won the war had we not used atomic weapons? Should we have continued carpet bombing their cities with conventional weapons, continuing to lose allied aircrew on every mission? What do you think we should have done?

do u think Oswald acted alone or was helped by others(FBI, secret service, mafia)or he was just innocent?

This is the way i see it. Liberals like to raise taxes and they want government to help people, even people who can help themselves. So they want a bigger government who has a larger role in our lives.
On the other hand, Conservatives want a limited government. They prefer less taxes, less government in our lives. They don't think we should help people who can help themselves.

If someone wrote their friend's address as a return address, and some random name as the recipient, and dropped it in a blue drop box without postage, would they return it to the "sender." Don't they have ways of preventing people from such fraudulent activity? Otherwise, we could all use mail for free...

I was on Portobello road in London a couple of years back and noticed a vendor that was selling psilocybin mushrooms of 5 different varieties, and I question the shop owner about the legality of the mushrooms.

He was a selling off of tables in front of the store. Every one that passed could see so I didn't think I was illegal.

He reassured that they were legal but where working on a law that would illegalize them shorty.

do you know if they've passed these laws recently?

My unlce stole my ssn when i was small and now they cancled my health insurance and they told me that they want copies of my checks n stuff. now i have to pay for something when i turn 18. I am 19 years old and am completing my first semester of college. But right now I'm just not motivated and it is reflecting in my grades for the first time ever. I scored a 90 on the ABSVAB a year ago and since then recruiters have been contacting me and I was always interested in the Army Rangers and Special Forces. After much research and thinking I have decided that that is whats right for me. However my parents are furious with me and saying I am throwing away everything. I don't want to join without their appoval though since they have been there for me the past 18 years. What should I do?

illegal immigrant, undocumented alien, undocumented immigrant, undocumented worker, and the like. These people are said to have threatened the American social fabric, native economy, national security, and everything other that is American.

Why is that no one is ready to do the dirty work and deport the illegals .?
