TEHRAN, Iran - President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Wednesday called the dramatic U.S. turnaround in a new intelligence review a victory for Iran's nuclear program.
He suggested it shows the success of his hard-line stance rejecting compromise. But his more moderate opponents at home are hoping the assessment's conclusion that Tehran shelved its effort to develop atomic weapons will boost a diplomatic resolution of the nuclear stand-off with the west.

Asia online reported Putin had an agreement with the Alytolah (spelling ??) An attack on Iran = an attack on Russia

But most in the US thought sabre rattling and probably still do

Air patrols and now sea patrols - Putin is in as Prime Minister whatever that means in a Russian system of government - I don't know -

Iran is now more confident that ever quoting US inteligence that they are not "up to anything"

But Bush is still saying - danger danger Will Robinson -

So it seems to still be up in the air

What do you think Bush will do next

Shut up and leave it alone ?

Or continue to beat war drums until he leaves office in hopes he can yell see I told ya all so

Or push for an invasion

Bush will skate along as he always does, oblivious of the cracks in the ice beneath him. While the rest of the republicans, what are still left, will blame it all on the Clintons of course.

America has been patrolling the world's oceans for over 75 years.

Just this year, it came to the rescue of many many ships. The U.S. Navy just recenty helped a North Korean ship that was attacked by pirates. The code of the sea says you put your differences aside and help those in need. ( China didn't do that when it recently refused to allow two U.S. ships to enter a Hong Kong port during a hurricane.)

People are unbelievable. This report changes nothing. Right now Iran is trying to enrich uranium. What good is a nuke program if you can't enrich uranium? So they put the program on the back burner. If they gain the ability to enrich uranium, they can restart their nuke program again. The report goes on to say that Iran could get nuke capabilities in the next 3-7 years. Hello!! That is not that far away. That will be during the next president's tenure, especially if they are a 2 term president.
