The Constitution is the document that sets the guidelines that oue government is founed on. It Sets forth how the government shall be structured, how leaders shall be chosen, what powers shall be afforded to what offices, and perhaps most importantly, what the limits of those powers are. Constitutionalism is belief in constitutional government or in the strict interpretation of the constitution.
