Why we treated Undocumented Immigrants as a criminals when the Law said it. All defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
Why others who commited a crime can pay a fine, Jail time or action and go back to the society and not the Undocumented Immigrants?
Or we are ranting by our own ignorance that we never commited an illegal action in our life. Then we should called ourselves illegals criminals too.

I was involved in a car accident over the weekend- I was making a left hand turn with a green arrow on to the highway and this guy blew through his red light and t-boned me going about 45mph. Needless to say the car was toatled and I was pretty sore and I told the police officer and he asked if I wanted to go to the hospital- I was out of state and I didn't know anything about where I was and had no family close so I refused and signed a release from the ambulence stating that I wouldn't go to the hospital. Now 4 days later I have HORRIBLE back pain- no joke I can't even sit up straight- I am going to the chiropractor tomorow but my question is- If the chiropractor finds some damage (which I'm sure he will) am I still able to sue the guy that hit me even though I refused medical attention at the scene? I guess its important to say that we have the same insurance company and that the other driver was sited for running a red light and causing an accident- i wasn't at fault at all.

how did the BBC report the 3rd world trade center building fell.

no let me rephrase that:

how did the BBC report the 3rd world trade center fell....20 minutes before it actually did???

was it just the fac that the other 2 WTC buildings were struck by planes, and this one wasn't that just made a good guess?

is that what it was? did the BBC just make a "good guess" based on the fact that 2 buildings were stuck by planes, that any good guesser would figure a 3rd building to magically fall? and they guessed it 20 minutes before it actually did?

amazing.

i wish teh republican bush supporters would explain time travel by the BBC to us all. And for that matter how 3 buldings fell with the same charges imploding al 3 bulidings, yet only 2 were struck by planes.

hmm...they all had charges that were the same. 2 planes flew. and a report 20 minutes prior to the actuall felling of the building.

Magic?

The one with the picture of a dog. Are you like one of Hilary Clintons inside people or something? I was looking at your profile and you ONLY answer questions under politics and election. And all of your answers have to do with Hilary Clinton and how she is the best, or most qualified or whatever. its wierd. Are you obsessed with Hilary Clinton? it sure seems that way....either that or you secretly work for her...

Rudy Giuliani is in cahoots with Fox News and Fox is helping to cover -up the dirt on him.
One of Keriks former mistresses files lawsuit claiming Murdochs News Corporation wanted her to lie about the affair so as to not taint Rudy Giuliani's chances of becoming president. Her trysts with Kerik were reportedly conducted in an apartment near ground zero that had been donated as a haven for rescue and recovery workers.

So I had a liberal try to tell me that this election is important because the democratic front runners, Hillary and and Obama are both minorities.

I asked her to explain how Hillary is a minority. Her response was "Because she is a woman."

Seriously.... do liberals honestly believe this or was she simply ignorant of the fact that women make up 50.8% of the US population?

Hi, I've been looking for recruiting websites for foreign militaries out of curiosity, and I noticed that America is the only one that has one for each branch. Is it just because we spend so much money on recruiting? In other countries, it seems like joining the military is seen as a last resort? I doubt, for example, that China has anything like the GI Bill.

USA...This is the man who blew up the World Trade Centers. The people who died there deserve justice!!!!! Do They Not??

Thanks for all your help Raichasays!!! My suit is all about ethics. My previous lawyer purposly ruined my case against the business. My suit is now against my lawyer. Nobody will sue a lawyer even if I have absolute proof that the case was not handled in an ethical way. I did not state every exact reason why I am suing my lawyer in my complaint. Since the Defendants lawyer did not file a demurrer maybe I don't need to further define the exact instances of unethical behavior of my ex lawyer that I'm suing. Can a jusge dismiss a case without asking me to further define myself? I want to be sure I head off problems before the judge dismisses the case.

That's right 30-million people starved before Yahoo! and GE went to China. 5-times the number of Jews that died in the holocaust.

It is so easy for people living in the US to lash out against China. Oooh, oppression this ... Oooh communist that ... Oooh, some guy went to jail for 10-years for mailing something that is marked "state secret" to a foreign agency ...

Don't get me wrong I think the Chinese government is heavy-handed and that the imprisonment of Shi Tao is regrettable. But it is neither Yahoo's fault, nor is it Yahoo's responsibility to try to change China's political system. Over the list 20-years, China has lifted 1-billion people out of poverty with the liberalization of their economy and the adoption of capitalism. China does not need the US to tell them what to do, the people are much happier than they were, and they are no longer starving to death. That should be enough for you and I.

The jury heard emotional testimony from four victims and several other former workers at the hotel. The witnesses testified that the Farrells brought them to the United States with employment visas to work under an agreement that promised 40 hours of work a week at pay above the minimum wage. They hoped to earn money to send to their families back in the Philippines.

Once they arrived in South Dakota, however, the Farrells confiscated their visas and passports, made them sign inflated and ever-increasing debt contracts, and held them to work around the clock. Witnesses described working from 8 a.m. to midnight, then being forced to attend meetings at the hotel in which the Farrells threatened them with violence and berated them about their work and their supposed debts. The middle-of-the-night meetings lasted as long as six hours. One worker testified that she went without sleeping for up to five days in a row.
