Why we treated Undocumented Immigrants as a criminals when the Law said it. All defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
Why others who commited a crime can pay a fine, Jail time or action and go back to the society and not the Undocumented Immigrants?
Or we are ranting by our own ignorance that we never commited an illegal action in our life. Then we should called ourselves illegals criminals too.

They are criminals and they have NO rights as citizens. What do you not get about having to be a citizen to have rights?
They can go back to Mexico, and we will gladly help them go back there, they have no place in our society because they broke the rules coming here the wrong way.
Do you even live in a border area?
Do you have any clue the crimes they are committing on a daily basis in AZ? What about all the drugs they are running into our country?
No you don't care about Americans.
You just want to feel self righteous that you care about the unjustly accussed criminals but you do not care at all about all the people here they are hurting, or the people themselves who are being used as slaves by the "coyote" drug runners who bring them here.
Grow up - visit Phoenix - and do some comparisons on this city now and ten years ago on crime etc. It will be a real eye opener for you.

it was killed out of necessity and illegal entry to the U.S. is a civil violation. and as such there is no innocent until proven guilty. it's the reason why when illegals get detained that within hours they can be hustled to an ICE detention center and can in short order be on a plane back to their country of origin which is where they get a chance to use a phone for the first time so they can call their family to say where they are. by the way you can be barred from reentry to the U.S. anywhere from 3 years to permanently depending on how long you were here illegally, whether you were deported before, or if there were a crime committed. read the following article if you're in doubt. FROM THE ARTICLE Immigration agents are not required to obtain warrants to detain suspects. The agents also have broad authority to question people about their immigration status and to search them and their homes. There are no Miranda rights that agents must read when making arrests. Detained immigrants have the right to a lawyer, but only one they can pay for. FULL article on the LINK

After reading the answers to that question, my blood is officially boiling. People... ugh. They don't bother to LOOK for themselves... they don't bother to question who translated the Bible or when or what kind of person they were... it's so silly. How can you base your whole life on a book and NOT know anything about it's origin? One of my absolute favorite movies is "For the Bible Tells Me So" (link on my profile) and it talks about homosexuality and the Bible. Anyone using the Bible to justify their homophobia better hope more people don't see this movie. "The Bible is the word of God through the words of MEN speaking in the idiom of their time." ~Archbishop Desmond Tutu The passage about homosexuality being an "abomination" simply states (when translated correctly) that homosexuality was UNCUSTOMARY at the time... Bible literalists are funny... do we still stone people to death now? NO! Do Christian men take a bunch of wives now? NO! Do we cut off our arms if they cause us to sin? NO! NO! NO! Also, how many other things (that we do on a daily basis) are listed as "abominations" in the Bible? You'd be surprised... well, maybe not you... they would, though. So how do you choose which verses are the "most important?" Just pick the ones that line up with your own prejudices... that's how it seems... and I saw this as a believer who grew up in church and went to a Christian high school. Christianity / spirituality is beautiful... but religion can be an ugly, ugly thing.

It was killed because Americans let their representatives know that we are tired of the illegals leaching off the system. They should not get Amnesty and be put ahead of the people who have been trying for years to do it legally.

Illegal aliens were not on trial. When others pay a fine it is because a fine was deemed suitable by a court of law as punishment. In this country we go by a very simple rule. the punishment should fit the crime. Deportation is a just punishment for the crime of illegal entry to a sovereign nation. When a thief get caught he/she doesn't get to keep what was stolen, no...what they stole is taken and they are incarcerated in some cases. Illegal aliens do go back to society, they go back to their society.

The reason it didn't pass is because it was totally ineffective. It would have made the system much more complex than it is now, and as it stands we can't seem to enforce it. It would have done nothing except cause more confusion and red tape for everyone involved - citizens, legal immigrants, and illegal aliens.

Get off your soap box. It was killed because illegal aliens do not deserve amnesty or a free ride. Why don't you ask the millions of productive taxpaying LEGAL immigrants that paid to be a citizen of the USA? They deserve a refund because if the immigration bill was passed, Congress themselves made all of those legal immigrants into nothing more than law abiding rubes.

Oh, and I don't support the illegal aliens like you; so go ahead and label yourself an illegal criminal supporter...

The race card is only played by the ignorant or cowardly.
Just because an American does something illegal doesn't give illegals the right to invade America. That's just common sense.
