I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder and I was honorably discharged with an RE-4. Can this be correct? Shouldn't have I been discharged with another code? I have gone through therapy in the past year and I am okay now. I want to re-enlist and join the Coast Guard but I have the RE-4 code and I know it's impossible to re-enlist in any branch. How can I fight this?

Hey, don't laugh it could happen! The executive orders are in place (PD 51) that says he could declare martial law, suspend elections just like our great ally Pakistan and become a dictator in case of a "national emergency."

I recently just got a new job. Well about a week or two after I got the new job, I found out I was pregnant. In Tennessee, I have read that you must have worked for the company for 12 months in order to be eligible for maternity leave. Since obviously, I won't have worked there 12 months before my baby is due, does this mean I am ineligible for FMLA? Do I have any other options?

this may sound wierd, but wouldnt you like to see a "politician" running for president, who WASNT a politician (and I know that would technically blah blah blah, dont take it so seriously)
Cuz, who trusts politicians anymore?? I dont!
I dont want someone who stands up for one beleive and then folds just because that beleif may be less popular in the polls or the got paid off by some big company, running the most powerful country on Earth!
I want someone who sticks with there beleifs, even if they arent popular, who has an open mind and has compassion towards ALL the people of all countries (and religions) no matter what!
I want someone who is honest and trustworthy & and if they do something bad or make a bad decision or have something that they supported but went wrong, to admit it, fess up and stop trying to make redicules excuses!!! or just not wanting to be wrong so they keep standing by something that IS wrong and taking people lives!!

I want to move Canada from Dubai, for a better future, but I don’t apply immigration yet, because I am getting 7 less points than 67 points (including my spouse qualification and my Canadian citizen relative). At present I am working in a well-known bank since twenty five years in Corporate Banking Division. I am working as an Assistant in Customer Service Unit. If I get a job letter from any Canadian organization, it will be must I get immediate Canada immigration. I tried to applied job thousand times, in several companies in different provinces! but not yet receive any positive reply. For other province’s immigration their first demand is "a Job offer must”
Some companies like my Resume but they apologies to send me job letter and without job letter I can’t do anything for Immigration. Tell me, How I get a job letter or any other way to Canada immigration? I don’t want to go any lawyer. Suggest something good for me.

Is it the 1st and the 15th or the 15th and the 30th. I didnt recieve anything on the 1st so I was curious. If it is the 1st and the 15th will I still get paid on the 15th seeing as I didnt get anything on the first? This is confusing lol!

I quit my job a while back because my manager was unable to understand my needs. Although he was shocked, he told me I didnt have to work the two weeks and I can leave as soon as my shift is over. After leaving I was interviewed by Apple but didnt get it, also by Old Navy and did not get a call back yet. Did my former manager ruin my records? I have good credit and excellent references. A 69 year old male is charged with sexual assault and sexual interference with a minor (12 year ld child). He's under house arrest. He can't leave the house without a surety. Can he leave the country with a surety? The conditions didn't specify that he can't leave the country. If he can, how can I change the conditions so he can't. He's leaving the country with a surety on Nov. 19, 2007 and coming back on Dec. 6. but I don't think he's coming back. Please someone advise me of how I can go about stopping htis PEDOPHILE from leaving the country. Thank-you.
