At present I am working in a well-known bank since twenty five years in Corporate Banking Division. I am working as an Assistant in Customer Service Unit. If I get a job letter from any Canadian organization, it will be must I get immediate Canada immigration. I tried to applied job thousand times, in several companies in different provinces! but not yet receive any positive reply. For other province’s immigration their first demand is "a Job offer must”
Some companies like my Resume but they apologies to send me job letter and without job letter I can’t do anything for Immigration. Tell me, How I get a job letter or any other way to Canada immigration? I don’t want to go any lawyer. Suggest something good for me.

You are in the same situation as thousands of naive people.
Think as an employer. Why would Companies hire someone who is more than 5000 miles away, with no working permit, no Canadian experience, etc. When you have thousands of people equally skilled, at your backyard, applying for the same job?

I tell you this, even if you pass the points test and you receive your Permanent Resident status in Canada, It would to take 3 to 5 years to get the same kind of job you are doing right now. (There are stats that proof this).

Canada's job market is very competitive. There are many highly skilled employees. And Canadian employers prefer people with Canadian degrees and Canadian experience.

My suggestion to you is : since you work in a well known bank, I suppose it is an international bank. Try to look for internal postings in your company that are based in Canada, They might give you a change since they know you. Otherwise is near to impossible to get a job just by applying from Dubai.

You need to improve your English skill. If the English used in your question reflects the standard used in your job applications I wouldn't hire you either. You have a very good knowledge of English but your grammar and word use is idiosyncratic and is not easy for a native speaker to read. .
You should invest in advanced English classes.
