Hi, I've been looking for recruiting websites for foreign militaries out of curiosity, and I noticed that America is the only one that has one for each branch. Is it just because we spend so much money on recruiting? In other countries, it seems like joining the military is seen as a last resort? I doubt, for example, that China has anything like the GI Bill.

Most countries prefer to have their own citizens in their forces, its about taking an oath of loyalty to their flag, they tend to think their people would be more trustworthy serving their country than some foreigner doing it for money or the glamor.
