MSNBC has the show called "To catch a predator", and it's about molesters and rapists, etc trying to solicit sex online from a person they believe to be 13-15 years of age. Chris Hansen interviews the "pervs", and he finds out a lot about them, especially if they've done it before. Many of these guys are repeat offenders.

Do you believe it's an unethical practice to have a sting operation and catch it all on tape, or do you think it's ok?

Also, do you think it's weird that the show never talks about the guy who committed suicide after being on the show?

Why is it you cons think YA is after you because of your views? I saw a question the other day about this and people were just going on and on about how if your are right or neo-con, or conservative YA will close your account and throw you off. YET when we libs bring up a conspiracy about the BUSH, the neo-cons, 911, or anything else related to the conservative movement in the USA, all you do is freaking scream "OH here go the liberals again with their conspircay theories". WELL, i sounds to me like the POT calling the KETTLE black.

The recorded music industry has sued people for sharing the music they have recorded on behalf of hard working artists. This includes children. In Hong Kong someone went to jail for sharing movies.

It is obvious that the recorded music industry is dead, but won't admit. This is like the stagecoach companies sabotaging the railways. Railways are still here and stagecoaches are history. (History this attitude is bad business and companies doing it are going to replaced, you adpat or be destroyed).

Recently drug addled idiots in the music industry in Australia went after DJs, playing their music in clubs (promoting it).

I believe we can sue the bastards. I am thinking anti profiteering laws, anti kartel laws...pity there is no anti-stupidity laws.

It seems to me that the Paranoia level among small-town types is raising at an alarming rate.

They quickly dismiss all anti-war efforts as "soldier hating terrorism".

They also run off at the mouth about "democrat congress" running America "into the ground" (while ignoring the fact that half of congress is Republican).

There is so much wild animosity and fear of "liberals" that the word has become a dirty pejorative...

The 10 points will go to the very best and "truest" answer.

It was about 3 a.m. in Tampa, FL on I-275, speed limit 55 mph. The officer said, "I paced you from when you came onto the interstate at Busch Blvd up until here." 'Here' is Martin Luther King Blvd exit area. Thing is, I came onto the interstate at the Fowler Ave, that's a 1.5 mile difference. (He said he came onto the interstate at Fletcher Ave, 1 mile from Fowler and 2.5 miles from Busch.) After I told him I got on the interstate at Fowler, he said, "Would you like for me to change the ticket?" I said no. As I said, he said he paced me from Busch to MLK, going between 80 & 88 mph. It's 3.6 miles from Busch to MLK. 3.6 miles!!! At 80 mph, it's 2.7 minutes. At 88 mph, it's 2.45 minutes. Does it make any sense for an officer to PACE someone, going 25-33 mph over the speed limit, for 2+ minutes? I've gotten my share of tickets, so I don't go over 14 mph over the limit. Therefore, my max speed was 69...maybe 70. Do I have a case? And I'm not paying the $185 or having points assessed.

i have 7 that are here on work visas or have green cards.
i refuse to hire anyone who is "undocumented".
so i ask...if they are breaking the law by being here illegally why should i break the law and give them a job?
i worked hard to get where i'm at so why should i risk everything i have worked so hard for for someone who could care less about our laws?

I am writing a paper about bank runs and was needing some insight on the subject. Specifically, what are the causing factors behind bank runs? What are the short/long term effects of a bank run? Are there any warning signs or preventive measures that can be done to avoid a bank run? Any insight or any suggestions about where to look for these answers would be greatly appreciated.

We don't all agree on the war, but maybe we can all agree on showing the troops that we care what happens to them and think about more than our own selfish little lives or political differences. We may not agree on why they were sent, but maybe we can agree they are there for us. Send a message of gratitude to our troops by responding to this Q, by posting on your profile or webpage, by sending a care package or letter to our soldiers and/or by giving back to the injured. I bow my head to the injured and dead, and to those who fight for all of us, Thank You.

In those fanatical religious conservative countries in the middle east and the USA it seems like everything government / oil / economy, etc are going into the toilet while in the countries that are beginning to be more liberal in their way of life and thinking, the economy is growing, Oil seems to be popping up everywhere (new HUGE discovery in Brazil), people are thriving, their way of life seems to improve everyday. HUMMMM and all the Neo-Con Christians in america claim it's the LIBERALS bringing the country down. I also LOVE how you cons think people are an idiot when they draw links between good things and liberals BUT you have been saying Liberals are responsible for all the bad things happening in the USA for years and no one every called you CONS idoits for that conclusion (except of course the people who had some education).
