My son works at a resturant, someone had left their credit card so he took it from lost and found. He went and used it and purchased a very expensive computer. Anyway, it was traced back to him and the police have taken back the stolen property. He is 22 years old. The officer who wrote the report says we have to wait until the Defense Attorney (D.A) reads the report and decides what charges to file. (like if it will be a mistemeanor or a felony.) Should we get an attorney? I dont know if it matters but the computer was $2,500.

In the polls there is slightly more blacks voting for hillary than him some blacks feel that obama is neither black enough or dont do enough for blacks however by being vice or president he is setting history. Also had it been a hispanic running for president his own people would have been giving him more votes and same with asian. Do blacks need to be more supportive of their own?

I was thinking that in light of the current atmosphere in this country and the stench of fear which permeates, that this means there may be help for those hiding under their beds and saying .."please please Mr. x just protect my cowardly hide..I don't care how you do it..or what rules you break".

question to tobacco products, otherwise, we could debate forever. One chunk at a time. The real quesition that I have is, How many people, smokers and non-smokers, believe that all of the information was given in a mode that everyone on this planet had access to? I have smoked Philip Morris products for 25 years. At no time, was I informed that the cigarettes I smoked contained food products, flavorings such as licourice, that became carcinogenic when heat/fire was added to their mixture. I was under the assumption the a drug ranked in the top five addictive drugs in the world was under the stipulations of a "Controlled Substance/Drug" classification. I would be given inserts, special instructions by my physician and pharmacy as to the dangers of this drug. I assumed our FDA would instantly remove a product that contained a highly addictive drug, carcinogenic food products, etc. by removing this product from the market. I'm no "Village Idiot". I don't like partial info.

I live in LA and you wouldn't believe the people who are f*****g out of their mind here. Tonight I was walking across the parking lot of a local movie rental place. This idiot in a H-U-G-E truck see's me, we establish eye contact. He breaks for a second so I keep walking, he then proceded to drive even though I was still crossing his path. His car was so close to my body it was no more then 3 inches from my right breast. I was so angry he almost hit me!! So I open-handed slapped his big truck somewhere on the side. Still in truck he shouted at me. I ignore him and walked to the store.
When I left the store I was horrified to see that he was parked right outside waiting for me. Only when I was in my car did I notice him, still in his truck, creeping behind my parked car.Think he shouted something, I couldn't hear him.
MY QUESTION IS THIS; I WAS REALLY SCARED. IF HE WOULD HAVE COME OUT OF HIS CAR TO CONFRONT ME IN A THREATENING MANNER IS IT LEGAL TO PEPPER-SPRAY (which I carry) HIM?

Do you agree or disagree with this suspicion?

It is believed by some that in an effort to incarcerate and/or kill people in the black communities, the CIA helped to make the drug "crack", a cheap base form of cocaine, readily available in such communities.

Ironicaly this plot is said to have been put into action right around the Regan War on Drugs years. Possibly to make it seem as though the then president was against drugs.

Crack has been blamed for the destruction of many poor black communities by causing hostility within the communities (turf wars), babies being born addicted to crack (crack babies), homelessness, and death.

What do you think... and why?

I am sure lots of you will say no so just remember those soldiers WHO DID fight for our country and their family and friends. Take a minute or two of silence at 11:00 on November 11th, this Sunday and please wear a poppy. It is respectful. I am only 12 years old and i am from canada. If a 12 year old is honoring them then you should be too!

A hostile witness should be treated as criminal and a hindrance to justice. Same should be the treatment for people filling false affidavits in courts. It should be made mandatory, without exception that if an affidavit is found furnishing false information the court hearing the case must forward it for a registration of a criminal complaint and direct agencies to prosecute the offender. Court must also fix a time frame for investigating agency to report back for prosecution of the false affidavit offender.

I'm an independent and always have been. I'm for less government all the way. My question is to you "republicans". The republican philosophy is less government but the republicans I know of seem to put the nation in debt? What gives? Ronald Reagan? Reagonomics? George W? We're in debt again? The biggest spenders in history? Can you please explain why these republicans are for less government yet ruin the economy? Let me remind you, we are very close to a recession again.

I was sprayed with pepper spray at a night club(Detroit, mi) for no apparent reason, by a security guard. I was not even in the club yet and we were negotiating a price to enter the club. I made no threats to HIM and he sprayed me. Is this sound like I will be able to sue the club? I'm sure the incident was caught on camera.
