I realize some are planning the payment of bills and such, but the way these questions read is that all they want is the money.

i.e "When will I get my husbands first check? He left for bootcamp last week?"

Racist remarks do not belong in a civilised public place.
If I were to remark on someone being a " black so & so " I would expect to be penailised & deservedly so.

A black person calling someone a " white so & so " has not committed a crime in the U.K. ( FACT ) 1st hand experience involving police officers - is this affimative action justified for years of racial intolerance that " ethnic's " have had to suffer at the hands of WHITES...?

your views?

In recent days, NBC, CNN, and Fox News have all aired reports or discussed the case of Norman Hsu, who The Wall Street Journal suggested may have funneled illegal campaign contributions to Sen. Hillary Clinton. However, when Mitt Romney's national finance committee co-chairman Alan Fabian was charged with mail fraud, money laundering, bankruptcy fraud, perjury and obstruction of justice, the three networks

My best friend was driving without insurance, got into a wreck that he caused. And now is being sued by the other person’s insurance company. Can the other person sue him as well as their insurance company? I told him he should hire a lawyer, but he insists against it. Because he isn’t disputing whether or not he was at fault. Go figure.

I paid an attorney to represent me in a case. She was paid $1500 simply to move my child support case from Illinois to missouri. She filed the paperwork and that was it. this is rediculous that it costs $1500 to file some paperwork. How can I get my money back? He was never served with papers, we never went to court, nothing.

I see these Maury-esque cases where some guy is told "you're the father" and he steps up to what he thinks are his responsibilities. Sometimes it's a husband who doesn't know his wife is stepping out on him, sometimes it's a boyfriend who thought things were "exclusive," sometimes it's just some gullible geek who only got lucky because the girl already knew she was "with child" and wanted to pin it on him.

How about a straight-up requirement: Dad's name doesn't go on the birth certificate unless a DNA test is done.

We could even throw in an exception: If the man, after being advised BY A LAWYER, knowingly signs a waiver saying that he is the legal father and waives the right to verify the child's parentage via DNA.

No surprises, no GOTCHA, just see what the DNA says.

CONCORD, N.H.—If Presidential hopeful Tom Tancredo had his way, New Hampshire lawmakers behind an immigration bill would be thrown out of office and prosecuted for helping illegal immigrants. "If they actually implemented it, you bet. It's aiding and abetting. I think that's a pretty clear violation of the federal law," he said Wednesday of the bill, which would prohibit state and local authorities from enforcing federal immigration laws.

Tancredo, a Colorado congressman who has staked his long-shot campaign for president on his vehement opposition to illegal immigration, acknowledged some legal obstacles likely would prevent prosecuting state lawmakers over proposed legislation. Otherwise, "I'd be more than willing to pursue it," he said. Mayors and city councilors who adopt sanctuary city policies also should face criminal charges, he said.

Tancredo supports building a fence along the border with Mexico and strictly enforcing existing immigration laws, including deporting all illegal immigrants.

Visiting Concord ahead of an evening debate of Republican presidential candidates at the University of New Hampshire, Tancredo dove into state politics, demanding the ouster of the bill's sponsors—Democrats Lily Mesa of Manchester and Susi Nord of Candia—though he did not mention them by name. He also urged Gov. John Lynch, a Democrat, to speak out against the bill.

"It is a terrible idea and we need the governor to say something about it, for instance, 'I will veto any attempt to make New Hampshire a sanctuary state,'" Tancredo said.

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. - Disgraced Democratic fundraiser Norman Hsu was a wanted man again after he failed to show up for a court date Wednesday and a judge issued a new warrant for his arrest.

Prosecutors said they suspected Hsu fled the country then. But a few years ago, Hsu re-emerged in New York as an apparel executive and a wealthy benefactor of Democratic causes and candidates. They included presidential contenders Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton, whose campaign designated Hsu a "HillRaiser" — a title given to top donors.

Hello,This is my case as of now. I am 16 and the mother and her daughter of 16 are filling a restraining order against me. I guess for harrasment it is. The story is this. I am in the wrong I understand and know I am in the wrong. I made a fake identity so to speak and said I was in danger to get her back to me. She later found out about this and filed a restraining order. In those emails I never threatend her or anyone. The order says I knew where she was at all times, was stalking, knew who she was talking with , etc.. None of that is true. I couldnt possibly know where she was. Sure i would have loved to known but I am mearly 16 and unable to find out such information.
