In California, if a protective order, restraining order, or TRO is issued, which has the result of requiring the restrained person to leave the residence, will an appeal of that order automatically stay that mandatory aspect of the injunction? If not, why not?

Yesterday I got a ticket for a HOV lane violation. I was wondering if it was worth trying to dispute. This cop pulled me over, according to my clock, just before the peak hours started. It was 7 am by the time he pulled me over and came to my car. I was just passing a car and had my turn signal on to get over but couldn't get over because another car got over first. I mean, I know I'm not supposed to be in that lane, but like I said the peak hours had just started as he pulled me over.

Think I have any chance?

I and my family my friends and many other people in the Bay Area and in other parts of the country are being victims of non-lethal weapons, used by groups of gangs in the Bay Area and all over the country. They are using them to control, to abuse and torture and kill their victims without being arrested for it. Why no one is helping us in this matter and stop them before they become out of control. Those weapons are distroying our lives and cause imbalance in the atmospher too. Someone, or an agency please needs to help us how to get them get arrested for their criminal conducts. Their number is growing everyday and their non-lethal weapons gets more advanced and deadly. If you don't know what we're talking about please read about it on the Internet under non-lethal weapons /devices that used to torture innecent people and animals. Everything you read here is 100% true facts. Even the Government aware of the problem, but they don't care about our public welfare only international.

personally I get tired of you numb-skulls going back and fourth about sideways comments that mean nothing ... but I digress

... true or false

Conservatives get that the world is not a fair place, so they fight dirty and 'get theirs', and then blame everyone else for not making things fair

Liberals want the world to be a fair place, so they fight fair and 'open source' the solutions, but there are too many conservatives around fighting dirty and taking advantage for change to ever truly take place

My problem is I was in a very serious car accident in June of 2006 and lost all my records in my totalled out car when I was moving to North Carolina. My file cabinet with all my records and many other valuable personal belongings were also lost. What is the proper way to represent my situation at the audit? Also the examiner in NY requested a letter faxed to her and she said the exam would take place in Florida. Is there anything else I should do to prepare for this since all my records were lost. I have all the reports about the accident and my injuries and subsiquent disibility for 8 months. I just returned to work in march 2007. I am in sales so they are questioning my unreembursed expenses and cash contributions. Should I just make a deal with them and pay what they ask for? HELP!!!!!

I dont understand how Pros think that the ILLEGALS are the same as people who have done everything ro get here LEGALLY. Even the immigrants of the past who came through Ellis Island were LEGAL. And our country was built by LEGAL immigrants, There is no comparison, what is so hard to understand about that?

and Republicans will be elected by the other 90 million voters, can they believe that this is a representative government?

Would a system that allowed them to send their own representatives to congress be more fair?

Is there a way to devise a system which allows any million voters that agree on a candidate to have representation?

(There are a couple million libertarians, for example, who never get represented.)

Currently, on the frontpage of Drudge Report (famous as the website that broke the story that Bill Clinton had an affair with a White House intern after the main$tream media covered it up), it says "Fred picks Leno over Foxnews debate" and "They can watch my ad."

The stories linked are:

So, the abortionist lobbyist and trial lawyer (see http://www.conservativesbetrayed.com/gw3/articles-latestnews/articles.php?CMSArticleID=1827&CMSCategoryID=19 ) is afraid that he'll be hurt if he has to debate other candidates and risk being exposed as a phony.

Is he not participating because he doesn't want to end up being exposed as a RINO just like Rudy Giuliani, Mitt Romney, and John McCain?

It was consensual. Noboby is disputing that. But I have been informed that since I put in the uni-sex bathrooms, state ordered by the way, I could be liable for creating an "attractive nuisance" situation.

It seems that some of my employees went a little wild in there. Now I am looking at several paternity suits naming me as the cause. Not the father mind you. Just the employer that created an environment that was condusive to sexual actions.

Does this seem fair or reasonable?

I went down to the police station and told them that my ex broke into my house. I didn't give a statement and I didn't sign anything.
We are back together now but the officer pressed charges on him for "entering a dwelling house". This is a domestic charge. Because he already as two domestic charges on himself, I'm scared that he might face jail time.

Now, I lied, I didn't tell the officer that I invited him over that night and that he still had a key to the house, what can I be facing (ontario laws).

He's a nice guy, we went through hard times, but I never wanted him to be charged. The cop lied to me in order to get his name. My friend went down there with me (she wanted me to charge him), I just wanted to know information. I regret going down there now, since that cop is now calling me for questioning.
Which I refuse to answer.

Can I be charged? Again, I never sign anything or gave a statement.
