So say the courts offer you a conditional dismissal, what if you change your mind about it or don't complete the conditions of the dismissal, what will happen?

In a society, the President was acting autocratic, collected monies; no receipts issued, no vouchers for expenditures; not put it in the banks; not shown in the monthly audit; one who questioned was sent a suspension letter without comite approval; writing his own minutes for the AGM. Some how the committee members joined together and sent him a show cause notice and suspended him on rcvng unsatis reply. Bocs most of them are his relatives the majority shifted back n now saying he should continue. But I am standing against and fighting it in the court, since the byelaw provides that executive committee has the power to suspend any member who acts against the interest of the society. Now they say it is not applicable to a President of the society. My contention is that since he is suspended as a member he cannot continue as President. Pls let me know, if there are any previous cases where a President of a society is suspended and also can the comite decision be held valid?

on record be a bad thing?? I mean how can it be abused as was put in the recent yahoo news story?? Wouldnt having everyones DNA profile on file make things much easier?? We would have DNA straight away to deal with crimes that happen, meaning the commiters can be caught earlier so they cant do it again and if someone goes missing they could be found quicker as their profile could be found and used on things were they have been supected of being? And compiling visitors DNA could also help cut illegal immigration and terrorism as airports could screen those flying?? So why are so many people against having their DNA on file, how would it break peoples privacy??

Have the Republicans of today, like Sean Hannity and FOX remember that North was secretly selling arms to Iran so they could funnel money to the Contras --which was something Reagan said we wouldn't do??

http://en.wikipedia.com/wiki/Oliver_North

They ask him on their shows to be the voice of conservatives and he's a traitor!

FOX even gave North his own show "War stories with Oliver North"!!

I'm British and married to an American in the U.S Airforce
In theory I could sign up for active duty even though I am not a U.S national, yet I can't lawfully work in the commissary because "It's a federal job and your not American"

How crazy is it that? I could die for the U.S but I am not permitted to scan your groceries?

What's the worst that could happen? I speak fluent English!

I mean they have been thwarted either in Glasgow or in Germany they have looked patheticly inadequate to carry out such devastation. Why do they still pursue in bringing terror to those who are trying to help them? If they didn't like those who ran their country then they should have overthrown them and form a democracy. Terrorist's you need education then a lesson on morals. Also those that do want to display derogatory terms and advertise their intentions in recruiting suicide bombers should be deported along with their relatives.

You do know there are no limits to this war and no deadlines, no real goals being fulfilled in this war don't you? No real goals have been met as to this day and there is no end in sight as to when they will be met and our troops will pull out of Iraq. Our military is already stretched to the max and stressed. And, this war isn't cheap, it is costing our children's future education, infrastructure security, border security and port security. It is also costing us our rights with the surveillance and wire tapping of American citizens going on. So, what do you think the long term consequences will be to this never ending war? Do you think it will overall positive or negative on the country? Since we know that Iraqis are fighting al qaeda themselves, don't you think our job is done there? What exactly is our purpose for being in Iraq now? What are the consequences, psychological and physical on our soldiers who are now serving 18 month and longer over in Iraq for 2 or 3 times?
