So say the courts offer you a conditional dismissal, what if you change your mind about it or don't complete the conditions of the dismissal, what will happen?

If you do not comply with the conditions you will have a criminal record and conviction on your file, not to mention the possibility of jail time for the original offence as well as an additional charge of failure to comply.

Once you have accepted the agreement and the dismissal and conditions are entered in court records you cannot change your mind.

Don't change your mind and comply with the conditions.

Well,if you don't complete the conditions of the dismissal the judge can issue a warrant for your arrest,and from there when you are arrested again you can be held with no bond,or a higher bond that might have orginally been posted,depending on wether it's a misd. or felony. If you change your mind you might have to take that up with the prosecutor or judge to see what they say about that.

Either of these choices could get you fined or incarcerated. You were given a break, take it or face the consequences.
