One of your best bets is to petition the American Civil Liberties Union. Be sure to give very specific details about what reasons should be considered (Just "I didn't do it" doesn't stand out). If there were problems in court procedure during the trial, or if the jury was not allowed to hear certain evidence, or if you were not given proper representation, or if it was a case in which you can overturn DNA evidence, be sure to emphasize this.
